From the moment we arrived we loved the Bachleda Krakow. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, cosy and luxurious. On entering the hotel we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and this fantastic service continued throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and immaculately clean. Small touches like a glass of Prosecco on arrival, coffee in the reception and access to the spa made our stay feel extra special. We ate in the Gavi restaurant on the first night and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The food was exquisite and the service was outstanding. We had were looked after by Alexandra who was very attentive, continuously making sure our drinks were topped. We would defiantly recommend eating here. We will definitely return to Krakow - what a wonderful city and we will definitely choose the Bachleda for our next visit!

We loved this hotel as soon as we set foot inside it. Entrance was warm and festive and there were staff on hand to make check easy and welcoming. I’d had great communication from the hotel prior to arriving for our airport transfers, we had a little issue with the return transfer but the staff were straight onto it and even made us a takeaway coffee due to the delay. We loved coming back to the Hotel after our days out and relaxing in the bar and lounge area, where they served great cocktails at reasonable prices. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant food was also very good but it was slow. Spa was unfortunately too crowded with other guests hogging the bubbly bits. All the staff were great apart from one person on the desk the night before our checkout - he was very unhelpful with explaining the bill and he did annoy 3 of our party; fortunately a member of the bar staff rescued the situation. Would love to come back to this hotel.

Ruined 18th birthday and Christmas holidays

The trip was very special to me, as my only daughter celebrated her 18th birthday during the Christmas holidays. I made the reservation in October and specifically requested a spacious room on the highest floor. Despite being assured that my request would be accommodated, we were assigned a room on the first floor, directly above the lobby and the restaurant, where the noise level was extremely high. The hotel clearly does not respect guests’ reservations — if someone wealthier arrives from abroad, you are left with the worst room, even when the occasion is such an important and once-in-a-lifetime event. I deeply regret that they ruined my Christmas and my child’s birthday.

Szanowna Pani, dziękujemy za poświęcony czas i podzielenie się swoją opinią. Jest nam bardzo przykro, że Pani pobyt nie spełnił wszystkich oczekiwań, zwłaszcza że miał on dla Pani i Pani córki tak szczególne, rodzinne znaczenie. Chcielibyśmy jednak z szacunkiem podkreślić, że nasz hotel dołożył wszelkich starań, aby odpowiedzieć na Pani potrzeby i prośby. Od momentu przyjazdu byliśmy do Pani dyspozycji i reagowaliśmy na każdą zgłaszaną uwagę, starając się znaleźć najlepsze możliwe rozwiązania w danym momencie. Okres Świąt Bożego Narodzenia jest wyjątkowo intensywny dla całej branży hotelarskiej – przy pełnym obłożeniu każdy gość wymaga szczególnej troski i uwagi, którą staramy się okazywać wszystkim bez wyjątku. Pragniemy również jasno zaznaczyć, że w Bachleda Luxury Hotel nigdy nie różnicujemy Gości ze względu na ich pochodzenie czy status materialny. Każdy Gość jest dla nas tak samo ważny, a wszelkie decyzje operacyjne wynikają wyłącznie z aktualnej dostępności pokoi oraz realnych możliwości hotelu w danym terminie. Z przykrością przyjmujemy ocenę, która sugeruje brak zaangażowania z naszej strony, ponieważ w naszej ocenie zrobiliśmy wszystko, co było możliwe, aby Pani pobyt przebiegł jak najlepiej w bardzo wymagającym, świątecznym czasie. Uważamy, że ocena ta nie oddaje w pełni starań i pracy naszego zespołu. Mimo wszystko dziękujemy za przekazane uwagi – każda opinia jest dla nas cenna i pozwala nam dalej doskonalić jakość usług. Życzymy Pani oraz Pani córce wszystkiego dobrego i mamy nadzieję, że przyszłe podróże przyniosą wyłącznie pozytywne doświadczenia.

WORST TREATMENT EVER

the WORST treatment I have ever experienced I called the hotel to ask for availability during 26-29th of December. I have never ever experienced such a terrible treatment from a so called luxury hotel. The hotel might have extraordinary exterior. However, the interior - meaning how to treat customers - is totally absent.
