We visited this hotel for a murder mystery event. The hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Svetlana and Rob. We had afternoon tea, a 3 course meal and breakfast, all food was delicious. The whole package was excellent value.

I met ARUNA in the spa at night and she was so helpful and letting me know about everything and kind . I met Mandy in the morning in the spa and she was also very nice and helpful and guiding me again on everything. Really happy with every1 here and every1so helpful and Nice and kind .

Lovely staff, nice clean rooms with lovely comfy beds and pillows. Food was good at breakfast and evening meal. The rooms were well sound proofed as didn't hear a tjing all night! We only stayed for one night as that's all we were there for but would definitely stay longer.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a Christmas Market coach tour. Seamless check in with a very pleasant and helpful lady in reception. We were in room 314 which was comfortable (comfy bed) clean and suited our needs. The evening meal was of good quality with very efficient waiters and waitresses. The bar menu was a bit pricey but expected. Didn't find the swimming pool but didn't have time to use it anyway. Breakfast was a self service buffet that was hot and plentiful and varied. All in all a wonderful stay and would happily return. Thank you all.

Fantastic find! This spotlessly clean hotel offers the complete package. Reception staff (Marita and Stefan) were welcoming and professional. The highlight was discovering Anita's holistic therapies in their excellent spa facilities. Topped off the experience with a delicious vegan Penang curry in the restaurant, where Svetlana provided great service. Already planning my return visit for more of Anita's treatments and the wonderful spa experience!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
