Went for afternoon tea with a couple of friends to celebrate my birthday, our table was in a cosy corner which we liked, there was a happy birthday banner on wall and I was gifted two small bottles of wine, small box chocolate and a birthday card all lovely personal touch, the afternoon tea selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones were gorgeous, staff were very friendly and attentive making sure we had refills if required, I'd like to send them a warm 'Thank you'

An easy experience from booking to check out. We booked a small meeting room for the day and then some of us also stayed the night. Antonio and team looked after us making booking painless and at rates that worked for a small business. We had unlimited tea and coffee, we were brought pastries and fruit and biscuits throughout the day and then we opted for lunch in the bar, which was very nice, simple but well presented. The rooms were clean and comfy and it was one of the best breakfast buffets, for the price, I've seen. Well laid out and lots of choice. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. 10/10 Car park is small, space is limited and spaces are quite tight, so I'm glad I don't drive a large vehicle, but at £18 a day for indoor, secure parking right in the heart of the city, it was good.
