Rooms were good, clean and well appointed. What made our stay special was the hotel staff. Staff at reception, bar, restaurant could not have been more pleasant, helpful and efficient. They are the jewel in the hotel’s crown. Outstanding.

Absolutely outstanding service , staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were spotless, everything was in there that was needed, a mix up over breakfast times which was soon sorted, special thanks to Aisha ( kitchen staff) and gentleman on reception went over and above their duty . Could not fault anything about this immaculate run hotel , every member of staff were polite and very professional. I/ we will definitely be returning. Well done to you all, you are a real credit to the hotel .

I have stayed here on a few occasions I always find the staff pleasant & they give you a warm welcome. Yes the place is showing it's age in places but that has never spoils my stay the one thing I will say is this time we ate in the restaurant & the food was fantastic best I had all weekend.

We are pleased to read you had another pleasant stay with us with a welcoming team and that you enjoyed your experience in our 985 Restaurant. We hope to welcoming back soon. Best regards

Great stay. Hotel was all decorated beautifully for St Patrick day. Staff all great , welcoming and friendly , I was chatting to Bob , the maintenance manager. Party at the bar until early hours, security guy on site so friendly and extremely professional.. Room was clean , breakfast great , what a choice . On way to the match now . Would recommend this hotel, purely for its location and the great service .

On arrival was greeted by a pleasant and polite gentlemen on reception. informed which meeting room we were we in and explained where this was. Breakfast in the venue was lovely plenty to choose from, food itself was hot and tasteful. Lunch was the same and service was met with a smile. The meetings were large, airy and we had a good day Drink were consistent throughout the day
