It was very clean,customer service was very friendly, the breakfast was well worth the money and tasted nice, the room was very clean I do recommend to stay and I arrived early before check in time and they checked me in early I would like to say it was a good experience. 👍

Marita and Stefan were extremely welcoming the moment I arrived to check in to see Anita the sports therapist. Anita provided a true holistic healing therapy with reiki reducing my stress and knots. I then had a hot drink from the hotel bar to extend my relaxation experience before I left. I will be back soon. M Talbot

The hotel itself was clean with good sized rooms. However the service was awful, on arrival the attendant - Stefan was useless to say the least. First he was unable to find our booking, then said we had only a booking for 2 rooms which would not accommodate our family of 5. I was asked to pay extra for our 12year old. Stefan criticised that I should not have booked through a 3rd party website. He then re-looked at my booking and then found that we had booked correctly, but continued to blame the 3rd party websites. I finally checked in. The day after, after arriving back to the hotel at mid-night, they then realised that Stefan had not requested payment and I was asked to pay at midnight. I understand the need for payment up front, and that will be the Hotel policy. When speaking to Stefan, I found him to be rude, obnoxious and talking over the guests. Very limited customer service skills and not in the right job.

Mandy was so lovley made me feel comfortable she made me laugh And would definitely recommend coming to this hotel/spa for a relaxing break with family and friends all the staff was pleasant but Mandy definitely stuck out to us and made us feel very welcomed !!!

Mandy was very nice to us, she made us feel very comfortable and we do appreciate it a lot, just a nice person in general. She was having a nice chit chat with us and we were just having a nice laugh as well, really appreciate her generosity and I do appreciate her a lot
