Beautiful and VERY clean hotel. The hotel was beautiful. Our only issue was that the lobby smelled strongly of the barbeque place next door. The rooms and upper hallway floors did not, but the smell in the lobby and hallways downstairs was very strong.

Good stay, just a few things that are a little off. Good- Bed very comfortable, restaurant great, room nice, staff good .. Bad - lighting in room too dim, gym, some equipment not working , gym small. If there are 2 people by weights really hard to work out. . Lastly , I’ve stayed there 20x over last couple years and they never have my information on file. Every time I stay there I have to give them my information again like email and phone number. It makes no sense. They blame Walmarts business booking system but my name stays the same so there isn’t an excuse. And just fix the booking system..

Our first stay at a 21C Hotel was an unexpected highlight. All the staff from the manager, to restaurant servers, and the valet were exceptional. Our meals at the "Hive" restaurant were excellent, and served by helpful engaging servers. The art collection throughout 21C was a surprise highlight of our stay. We can highlty recommend!

The front desk people were not particularly helpful when asked about the CB museum. Got upstairs with the cart and our belongings, and neither key worked...someone else in the elevator had used his key to get the elevator to work. Tried using the phone on our floor to call front desk...no answer.
