I went on a business trip and was able to get a room after it was sold out. I am so glad I stayed at 21C - it was centrally located and the room was nice as compared to the backup room I had at the doubletree. Very impressive property. Thank you

the hotel experience has continued to go down here unfortunately. construction noise early on the weekend. elevators full from carpet crews. no snacks or amenities for night. hotel bathrrom had empty bottles in shower.

The only aspect my wife and I found objectionable was the prominent artwork in the lobby, which depicted several Muslim women in black hijabs in a manner that appeared to parody the Last Supper. While art can be controversial, incorporating elements that mock religious figures crosses a line of decency. I believe that if a similar depiction targeted a Muslim religious leader, the response would be far more severe. I would like to see that removed before I would consider supporting a business of that mindset in the future. Thanks
