We loved our stay at 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville. From the moment you walk in, it feels completely different from what you expect from a typical hotel. You’re essentially walking into a museum filled with very cool modern art, which makes the whole experience unique. The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere we went, from the front desk to the restaurant and room service. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The hotel amenities were great and everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. Dinner at The Hive was delicious, and the cocktails were incredible. The town itself is also very special. The food was great, the weather was beautiful, and there are so many outdoor activities to enjoy. We really loved the people and how friendly everyone was. Thank you for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back.

Housekeeping was very lacking, in the room and in the fitness center. The staff at the front desk needs much more training on how to handle guests, approach, the image they project and attention to details.
