From a pure hotel perspective, 21c gets everything right. The rooms are clean, the furniture and bed are comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional and this hotel was conveniently located. The art work is what makes this chain so memorable. I didn't mind waiting when others in my party were late, because there was always some interesting piece of art to review. Bottom line: I would heartily recommend the 21c Hotel in Bentonville.

All was well except for our dinner experience which we will explain later. The couple with whom we were traveling has also expressed her dissatisfaction in a email to the director of food services. The location of the hotel in relation to the museum was the main reason for our choice of hotels.

We had a nice stay in your hotel room. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Hive.. Our dinner was good but the service was very slow. We ate breakfast there the following morning and that experience was ridiculous. No one brought our coffee, we had to get our own. We waited 45 minutes for bacon and eggs, and only three of us were served. I had to go get my husbands plate myself. They brought the toast untoasted. No one apologized or even acted like anything was wrong. It was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had and we eat out often. It was very disappointing.
