It was delightful even though the weather was not always cooperative. The artwork was engaging. The green penguins were an entertaining diversion! The restaurant was very good and the staff very helpful.

Just simply gratitude. Thankful for having the opportunity to stay at 21C in Bentonville. It was our first time staying in their hotel although we’ve been to their bar area many times. We chose this location for our wedding night because we’ve always heard it was nice. I called a few weeks in advance to see if anything could be done special for my wife. We love that when we arrived to learn that our room had been upgraded! Thank you!

brief stay, but check in was a little long to do. Most importantly, NO RECEIPT was sent, and I am just realizing this now. I was told I would receive one by email... not sure if it went to wrong place or just was never sent. I don't have it.
