Clean and spacious

The hotel was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. We were there a night while 3 tornados hit the town. While parking at valet, we were under a déluge of rain. The staff never brought us any umbrella but made sure to have one for themselves. While in the lobby we saw a myriad of them! Another time, while I need an info and no staff was around aside for the person at the check in area, I salute the latter and ask for some info. She did not blink and did not say hi back. Long story short: staffing training could be improved to care about the guests.

Room was nice but nothing special. The restaurant only offered a buffet for breakfast and seemed like ghe kitchen was under staffed. We attended a private event and they ran out of food. Museum was interesting. Over all the stay was good but in my opinion not worth the price we paid.

Held my daughters wedding at 21C and they delivered a fabulous experience. Every aspect taken to the highest professional level. The set-up and service was wonderful. Amy from 21C was out main hostess and she attended to EVERY detail. The dinner plates were fabulous. Not just good, fabulous. I could not be happier with our overall entire experience. They made my daughter's wedding a magic day!
