Major disappointment

We had a lovely room but were never informed that there would be NO television service. We were also never informed that parking would be a major problem. I was charged for a bottle of house wine, which I had requested but when I arrived there was no mention of this, even after I said so(so did Amex whhen I was charged for it.) Major disappointment after we had enjoyed this hotel many times in the past.

The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities one might expect at this price point. I will say though the room was showing its age through worn out furniture and a needed touch up in the bathroom (e.g., tile and shower grout needed to be redone).

Perfectly ok stay. Art is cool. Facility needs a refresh and it’s over priced

Accommodations were fine - haven’t been there in a few years and the place feels tired - furniture is worn/ needs replacement. Bar was super expensive - $27 all in for a glass of wine. Room was not cleaned well

I’ve been staying with you guys for years. Appreciate everything you do. This trip was made especially easy for me because Travis helped me out by dropping something off for me at UPS. I’d been on the road since 3am that day and when I arrived at hotel - he was so nice and helpful that it just helped with all my work anxieties. THANK YOU!
