The perfect home base for the Bentonville Half Marathon. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. With the race being postponed, we ordered room service and our order arrived promptly and the food was delicious. We also had dinner in the restaurant and highly recommend the kale salad.

Our boxes for our Walmart meeting could not be found anywhere and the people over the walkie-talkie did not care and closed the issue but the front desk lady was so anxious and worried for us she checked every possible spot and found them in the administration office which has never happened before. I forgot her name but good job hiring manager!

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the bar and the Hive. I don’t stay anywhere else when I’m in town. The location is perfect for getting to all the best spots, and the rotating artwork adds a unique touch that makes each visit feel different. And of course, the green penguins roaming around the hotel are such a fun surprise, you might find one in your room, at dinner, or even in the hallway. It all adds up to a memorable and enjoyable experience. Looking forward to my next stay!

This was my first time staying at a 21C Museum hotel. LOVE the art. LOVE the vibe. Room was well proportioned but poorly lit. Had trouble sleeping and caught the documentary about Steve Wilson on television and really enjoyed it — will look for your properties in other cities.
