Arrived later in the afternoon and after going to our room visited the bar for a cocktail. They were not busy but the bartender was not well trained and it took her over 30 minutes to make our drinks. She kept looking at her recipe book to make them. ( dirty martini and gin & tonic!) served six other people first who came in after us. The location is good but the roads are messed up and not clearly marked when we arrived and drove in circles until we figured out how to get to the hotel.

It’s always been smooth with you all - the rooms are top notch they’re clean comfortable and spacious - food/bar is great and the baker charged my bike overnight so I had full ride time the following morning - the check in staff was quick and courteous as usual - thank you again - would love to come back and the current art collection is very nice and honestly a bit more fitting for our areas preferences - outdoor theme and artistic nuances abound definitely my taste

Was ok except water in rom shower was not hot, just warm. Restaurant did not open til 7AM. I am up at 4:30 AN. Even having to wait till 6:30 AM for Room Service would not satisfy the experience of having to understand and enjoy the restaurant. Having to wait that long made me hopeful of having a wonderful breakfast. NOT!!! Sausage was like chewing rubber. Bacon was burnt crisp and hard. Most likely deep-fried. How do you make a do-over when you don't want to take a chance on that again? Who was the restaurant manager overseeing the plates come out? Should have, could have been caught before going to the table. Would I have ever order that again if I was to stay again? No! Butter tasted like Margarine with maybe a hint of Butter. Preserve tasted like a gum-based mixed fruit paste. Breakfast gets a rating of - 0. This made the stay not worth the stay or wanting to return.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Our room was very comfortable, fresh, nicely decorated and had many small conveniences that we greatly appreciated. The Hive Restaurant has a creative menu; we very much enjoyed the dishes that we ordered, and would recommend it as a stand-alone dining option. Since our last visit, the street in front of the hotel has been turned into a pedestrian mall. The main entrance to the hotel is now to the far end of the building, off a deadend turnaround. Guests arriving by automobile have to unload their cars there, and carry their luggage across the length of the building front to the registration desk. Parking is not allowed in the turnaround; a valet will park your car for $9 in the otherwise free self-parking garage (overnight $21). This arrangement does not give a good first or last impression for guests. Temporary parking needs to be made available off the turnaround and a crew of young men should stand ready to tote luggage to/from vehicles in the turnaround. Also, the in-room television will stream via Casting, but we couldn’t make it connect per the screen instructions, and maintenance couldn’t get through to the Cast help line. The next night we tried again with no success until we called the Cast help line ourselves, and finally got the Cast to work.

The mattresses and pillows were so plush and comfortable. We enjoyed the couch, soft lighting, and big roomie bathroom. My roomate loved the plush robes & coffee while I loved thw water bottles and lotion that could be taken to the bedroom area. We enjoyed our stay.

Annually, I have the pleasure of staying at the 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville, and after my first stay in 2025, I immediately started to look forward to the next year's stay. I love that the property is nestled in the middle of Bentonville's city center, but still remains a quiet getaway in the neighborhood. The staff is always courteous, warm, friendly, and oh so helpful. The accommodations are comfortable without breaking the bank and lush enough to make you feel like you've booked a 5-star resort stay. Whether staying for business or pleasure, the 21c Museum Hotel is the place to stay in Bentonville and wherever the 21c flag flies.
