overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was one important aspect that we think should be improved, and that's the coffee. We ordered room service coffee several times; one time it was bitter and horrible. Even on the other days and when we had breakfast in the restaurant, the coffee was not very good by our standards, which means Starbucks-like and really fresh.

We loved everything about your hotel. The location, the service, and the whimsical lobby full of art. The rooms were enormous, clean and so pretty. The restaurant, The Hive, was delicious. Seriously, I wouldn't look for another hotel if I was coming back to Bentonville. This is the one.
