Checked in. Wasn’t told what was being charged to my card & wasn’t given any info about hotel or where anything is located. Had a car, wasn’t told about parking. Bellman did not ask to assist me (small young woman w cart full of luggage) told me to “bring the cart back down when I’m done.” We were the only table in the restaurant for breakfast. We made it very clear that my husband has an allergy and it’s quite serious. There was one else in the restaurant at the time and the server and kitchen managed to serve him food that contained what he’s allergic to. They realized it after it was delivered to the table and after he had eaten some of it. Called down at beginning of stay because table in room was dirty and hair was on the bed. Didn’t offer to change rooms and no one apologized. I’ve called twice in one day (9am & 12) to have my receipt emailed to me and haven’t received it yet. Was charged additional amount on card and looking for explanation.

I was in Rogers doing some family caregiving. I knew that it would likely be an emotionally draining and potentially challenging trip. As such, it was important to me that I stayed somewhere safe and comfortable. 21c more than delivered! I looked forward to returning to my room at the end of each day. I enjoyed dining in the restaurant as well as multiple in room dining experiences - food was all top notch! I was so pleased that when I approached staff they consistently responded with eye contact and smiles with only two minor exceptions during my stay. Also, I'd really like to recognize the housekeeping staff. No matter what time I left in the morning, when I returned my room had been refreshed: bed made, fresh towels, trash emptied. It was such a lovely detail that my room was magically refreshed daily and so well executed that it really made a difference in the trip. I'm actually returning again the first week of March. Not only have I joined the Disloyalty Club in preparation for my upcoming visit, I booked my room before I even checked out from this visit.
