overall experience is average. Serious issue with Hygiene and Cleanliness. Specially the washroom and also dust on lots of places in the room. it requires serious attention and i have also informed this issue on front desk. toiletries are also bad quality.

This is the only best Hotel in Islamabad because the moment you enter one can feel the quality service. The location is unbeatable being next to a great mall. The Hotel service is simply brilliant each and every staff is very well trained. The best part is complimentary Airport transfer, Fruits, Soft drinks in fridge and unlimited mineral water. The hotel is fully secured and cleanliness is superb. Breakfast option is inclusive of local cuisine options. Overall an amazing stay and definitely coming back next time to the same Hotel.
