Thank you for staying at Movenpick BDMS Bangkok Hotel on your recent travel to Thailand and for taking the time to share your experience. As a valued ALL Accor Platinum member, I genuinely welcome every guest's feedback as this helps me to constantly reflect on our service standard and look at ways to further improve our guest's experience in the future. However, I understand from your comment that you were unhappy with the lack of cleanliness standard and the lack of recognition as well as the benefits as a loyal Accor Plus Platinum member. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and deeply apologize for the service shortfall and for the negative impression service left from your recent visit. This is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests and it is most unfortunate that we had you leave our doors dissatisfied on this occasion. While I honestly do not have any excuse for this service shortfall, rest assured that I have personally reviewed these matters with our Director of Rooms and our Loyalty Manager to re-emphasize for the Movenpick Service Standard and implementing a new loyalty training course for all our hotel team to improve the loyalty mindset and deliver a greater experience to our valued members such as yourself and other loyal patrons in the future. With regards to the lack of cleanliness standard, rest assured that I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all housekeeping maid on the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel and provide further coaching and supervision to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room. While this may not take away your negative impression from your last visit, I nonetheless hope this will ease your concerns and bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me. While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation and you have appreciated the comfortable room and the fitness class activities, I also noticed from your comment that you were unhappy that we were unable to accommodate your request for a late check-out on your departure day. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for any negative feeling created on this occasion. While this is in no way an excuse, allow me to transparently share that, your stay period coincided with a very busy period for the hotel as we were operating with a very high occupancy and had a significant number of arriving guests on your departure day, as such we were unfortunately unable to extend a late check-out without impacting the arrival experience of other guests. While I understand that you were happy with the friendly and helpful service spirit from our team, I also noticed from your comment that the breakfast selection appeared to be heavily focused on vegan offerings and did not entirely meet your expectations. As our team works diligently to elevate the quality of the breakfast on daily basis, with a key focus on providing a healthy offering, catering to different customer needs in terms of Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto-friendly, Gluten-Free, but also maintain a good balance of standard items such as cereals, bakeries, a large selection of eggs, a juice station, delicious dessert along with a live station for signature noodles and pancakes and more. Nevertheless, I recognize that every guest has a different expectation about the food offering, which I fully respect. 휴식하기에 좋았고 룸이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 이동하려면 항상 택시를 타고 이동해야하는 건 조금 불편했습니다. 그 외 라운지 등 잘 이용했으며, 한가지 아쉬운건 아이스크림을 사먹었는데 아코르 회원인지 물어보지 않아 할인받지 못한것이 아쉬웠습니다.

I am pleased to learn that your recent stay has exceeded your expectation, and you have greatly appreciated our hotel’s atmosphere along with the rest of the hotel facilities to ensure a relaxing time on this visit. As the guest's experience and feedback is evolving more towards a digital platform with global review site such as TripAdvisor, if this is at all appropriate, and there is certainly no obligation, may I kindly invite you to share your experience on TripAdvisor as this will certainly help other international travelers to guide their decision and choice for hotel when coming to Bangkok in the future. In the meantime, I noticed from your comment about the hotel’s location being inconvenient and that a discount was not offered for ALL Accor+ Explorer members. Allow me to transparently share that our hotel philosophy is to create a complete resort feel for our guests to relax, de-stress, rejuvenate and connect with the natural elements of life. However, for our guest's convenience, we have an hourly shuttle service to take them to the BTS Sky train located 600 meters away. Regarding the discount benefits, rest assured that I have reviewed both matters with our Restaurant Manager and with our Director of Food & Beverages to re-emphasize the entitled benefits, including special discounts, to our valued ALL Accor+ Explorer members to avoid such reoccurrence in the future.
