While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I noticed from your comment that you find the room you have stayed at in need for some renovation. I fully empathize with your feeling and allow me to transparently share that we are currently working on an upgrade plan for the remainder of the guestrooms to enhance the new guestroom facilities and more. As such project always take time, please bear with me and my team as we work diligently to upgrade our room facilities and ensure a greater experience on your next visit. With regard to the cleanliness standard, rest assured that I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all housekeeping maid on the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel and provide further coaching and supervision to the housekeeping maid that serviced your room. 스타벅스가 같은 건물에 위치해 있어 좋았습니다. 웰니스라는 이름에 걸맞게 객실에 폼롤러와 요가매트가 구비되어 있었습니다. 여행으로 뭉친 다리를 충분히 풀어줄 수 있어서 좋았어요. 초콜릿 아워는 사실 커피가 제공되지 않고 가짓수가 적지만 무료로 이용할 수 있음에 좋았습니다. 특히 컨시어지 직원이 헬스장을 찾는 저와 함께 동행하여 자세히 안내를 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.(이름이 기억나지 않네요..ㅠㅠ) 어딜 이동하든 택시가 잘 안잡힌다는 느낌이 있긴 했으나 여유로운 여행이었기 때문에 크게 문제되지는 않았어요. 좋은 투숙이었습니다.

위치나 리조트 상태는 괜찮음 웰니스 프로그램 잘되어있음 헬스장 좋음 다만 몇가지 아쉬움 1. 배수구 잘 안내려감 ( 사전 검색으로 알고 있지만 생각보가 불편함 ) 2. 방음 거의안됨 ( 베란다 문이 잘 안닫쳐서 그런지 새벽에 새소리, 옆 건물 노래소리.. 잠을 잘 못잠 ) ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ 가족 끼리 조용하게 지내려면 좋을듯함

While I understand that you were happy with the hotel's convenient location and our wellness facilities, I also noticed from your comment that you have experienced some noise inconvenience coming from outside of the hotel and the drainage issue in the bathroom. While I honestly do not have any excuse for the inconvenience experienced on this occasion, allow me to transparently share that we are currently exploring ways to further improve the isolation of the room.
