뫼벤픽 호텔의 특성을 잘 보여주는 리조트 타입의 호텔입니다. 깨끗하게 리노베이션된 넓은 룸과 가짓수가 많지는 않지만 하나하나 정성이 가득하고 건강한 메뉴가 제공되는 조식이 인상적입니다.또한 친절한 스태프가 호텔의 가치를 높입니다. 다만 일방통행 도로에 위치하고 있기 때문에 택시나 그랩 같은 서비스를 불러도 빨리 오지 않는 문제가 있네요. 호텔에서도 이를 해결하기 위해 BTS역까지 셔틀 서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 1시간이란 서비스 간격 때문에 쉽게 이용하기 어려워요. 이 셔틀 서비스를 30분 간격으로 제공해 주면 좀 더 호텔 선택이 쉬울 것 같습니다.

Not one for writing poor reviews but this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip to Thailand, this was meant to be the 5 star luxury to end the trip however far from it. Check in was great, Libby entrance area great however the room was dated, the floor has bobbled from being wet, the pillows uncomfortable, the shower drainage poor and overflows the shower, no power in the shower, house keeping didn't turn up second night and although we booked 3 nights we decided to cut our losses and check out on the second night due to it being so bad. Upon checkout a disinterested lady who was disturbed playing on her phone to check out. This place is dated in the rooms and the service is poor, we would not stay here or recommend this hotel

While I have joined the hotel few months ago, I genuinely welcome every guest's feedback, the good, the bad and the ugly as this helps me to reflect on our service standard and service offerings and look at ways to further improve our guest's experience and enhance your future stays. However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not up to your expectation and noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the condition of your room, with the drainage in the shower room, the condition of the pillows, the power in the shower, the servicing of your room along with the lack of attentiveness and empathy from the receptionist. At the onset of this note, please accept my unreserved apologies for the poor impression left from your last visit. This is certainly not acceptable and in stark contrast with the genuine care and friendly service standard we are training our team to deliver back to our guests and with the condition of the guestrooms. While I honestly do not have any excuse for the shortcomings, allow me to transparently share, since I have joined the hotels couple of months ago, we have implemented a full room preventive maintenance on quarterly basis to ensure a greater condition of the rooms as per the Movenpick brand standard. In the meantime, we are currently working on an upgrade plan for our guestrooms, replacing the flooring, new shower room, enhancing the guestroom television with new 55" Smart TV and more. As such project always take time, please bear with me and my team as we work diligently to upgrade our room facilities and ensure a greater experience on your next visit. I trust this will bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me. Meanwhile, and pertaining to the cleaning of your room, naturally, I have called for an investigation, speaking with the Duty Manager and with our Executive Housekeeper and it appears that our housekeeping maid attempted to service your room, but the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on and therefore they did not enter your room. Unfortunately, they failed to slip the "service card" under room door to notify you about their visit and about the Do Not Disturb sign, leading to your disappointment. I am terribly sorry for this oversight, and I have re-emphasized the matter with our Executive Housekeeper to consistently use the service card as a communication tool to inform our guest and avoid such inconvenience in the future. Finally, and pertaining to the receptionist that was lacking engagement and connection, I have reviewed the matter with our Front Office Manager as well as our Training Manager to provide further coaching and training to the concerned associate to avoid such reoccurrence and disappointment to other guests in the future. Additionally, the concerned associate will be supervised by the Front Office Manager to ensure improvement and better engagement with our guests in the future. Despite your disappointment, I sincerely hope to welcome you again at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok and have the opportunity to remedy the poor impression left from your last visit and ensure a more seamless and enjoyable stay with us on your future visits. I love staying here @ MOVENPICK. The hotel surrounding was very peaceful. Lots of greenery. Nice clean room comfortable bed and spacious. Would like to special mention for 2 of the staff . Bright the lady at the reception counter. And Time the concierge boy. Both of them have rendered exceptional service and go extra mile in making us feel at home. Will definitely come back to stay here again.
