매우 기본적인 사항이었으나 도착하기 전에 보낸 메세지를 확인이 잘 된것 같아 만족스러웠고 일부 수영장 관리에 조금더 신경쓰길 바라는 점은 있었다. 바닥에 뾰족한 것이 느껴지는 부분이 있었으나 다행히 상처가 생기지는 않았고 음식물로 보이는 물질이 다음날 아침 물 근처에 있어 불쾌함이 있었다.

While I understand that your recent stay was overall to your expectations, I also noticed from your comment that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 s an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe there is always room for improvement. Following your feedback, , I noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the condition of the swimming pool floor tiles and the cleanliness standards. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and deeply apologize for any negative impression created on this occasion. Rest assured that I will personally review this matter with our Director of Engineering to inspection of all swimming pool floor tiles and take the appropriate corrective actions to further enhance the safety conditions around the pool and avoid such reoccurrence and inconvenience to other guests in the future. With regards to the cleanliness standards at the swimming pool, I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize the cleanliness standard in place at the hotel with all housekeeping maids and provide further coaching to the team and the supervisor as such certainly not acceptable and way below the hotel standard. In addition, I have also shared your feedback with our Director of Food & Beverage to re-emphasize service attentiveness at the swimming pool and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently maintained at all times. I noticed from your comment that you find the room you have stayed at in need for some renovation. 스타벅스가 같은 건물에 위치해 있어 좋았습니다. 웰니스라는 이름에 걸맞게 객실에 폼롤러와 요가매트가 구비되어 있었습니다. 여행으로 뭉친 다리를 충분히 풀어줄 수 있어서 좋았어요. 초콜릿 아워는 사실 커피가 제공되지 않고 가짓수가 적지만 무료로 이용할 수 있음에 좋았습니다. 특히 컨시어지 직원이 헬스장을 찾는 저와 함께 동행하여 자세히 안내를 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.(이름이 기억나지 않네요..ㅠㅠ) 어딜 이동하든 택시가 잘 안잡힌다는 느낌이 있긴 했으나 여유로운 여행이었기 때문에 크게 문제되지는 않았어요. 좋은 투숙이었습니다.
