While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation and you have appreciated the comfortable room and the fitness class activities, I also noticed from your comment that you were unhappy that we were unable to accommodate your request for a late check-out on your departure day. While this is in no way an excuse, allow me to transparently share that, your stay period coincided with a very busy period for the hotel as we were operating with a very high occupancy and had a significant number of arriving guests on your departure day, as such we were unfortunately unable to extend a late check-out without impacting the arrival experience of other guests. However, for our guest's convenience, we have an hourly shuttle service to take them to the BTS Sky train located 600 meters away.
