스위트 룸 업그레이드 해주신건 감사하지만 뷰가 지구종말 뷰라고 미리 말씀을 해주셔야 선택하지요. 넓은 객실은 좋지만 커튼을 열고 지낼수 없었고 주말에도 계속되는 수로 공사에 웰니스 리조트 컨섭에 어울리지 않은 뷰와 소음은 난감했습니다

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I acknowledged from our comment that you have experienced some shortcoming with the room assignment facing the construction building and canal. I sincerely empathize with your feelings and humbly apologize for such shortfalls. 가격대비 괜찮은 수준이였고, 아침식사 메뉴는 다소 아쉬웠지만, 직원들은 매우 친절하였습니다. 에어콘에서 냄새가 났지만 시설관리직원이 빠르게 고쳐주었고, 도심이랑 조금 거리가 있어 셔틀을 운영하였지만, 자리가 많지 않아 못탈때도 있었다. 호텔의 위치가 조금 아쉽다.

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 70 out of 100. I acknowledge that 70 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the breakfast offering, the air conditioning and the hotel's location. Rest assured that I have personally reviewed these points with our our Director of Food & Beverages and our Executive Chef to see how we can further enhance our food & beverages offerings as well as shared the feedback of the air conditioning with our Director of Engineering to inspect the room you have stayed at and take the appropriate corrective action to avoid such reoccurrence in the future. With regard to the hotel's location, while we may not be able to change the hotel location, our hotel philosophy is to create a complete resort feel for our guests to relax, de-stress, rejuvenate and connect with the natural elements of life, and as such, the resort is filled with a number of facilities to allow guests to indulge, from the tropical garden to the inside jogging track, the saltwater swimming-pool, the natural waterfall and more. Nevertheless, for our guest's convenience, we have an hourly shuttle service to take them to the BTS Sky train located 600 meters away. I trust this will ease your concerns and bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback and experience matters to me.
