I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had a nice, well maintained and comfortable room. All the staff I met were friendly and professional and special mention to Khun Karn on reception for the nice welcome when she booked me in.

It's a good hotel with staff who try their best to please a tough clientele. The concierge and staff at front desk helped a lot. I was very happy with their support. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious with lot's of choices.

I’d like to highly recommend Khun Mai and Khun Moo from the rooftop at Novotel. Their service was excellent, and they were both very friendly and attentive.

Lovely location beautiful room and breakfast but we were a little disappointed with the activities of lady’s right outside the hotel looking for men , now it didn’t bother us as a couple but if you were a family we think it was rather under nerving. The infinity pool was fab as well as the great staff , would we stay here again probably not purely because of the local activities outside
