The best experience for me. The staff of reception very kind and friendly with the good service. The hotel is located in near the heart of the city as a Siam or sukhumvit. The hotel have the swimming pool and the bar. And the room has fully of facilities. Good

The service very great, with very nice staff, and thay can offer excellent service. The receptionist at the lobby very helpful and the staff can help us when we need any information about the city tour. The superior room very nice and good view.

The landmark of Makkasan

It’s my first time here. Hotel has the landmark theme of Makkasan train station. There’s a garden view when I looked outside from my room. It’s near the metro station. Although it looks like hard to walk but they have a shuttle service to drop off every hours . Special thanks to Mr. Jack who be our city guru and greeting us with warm welcome. Very impressive!!

Service staff are very friendly, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the Phetchaburi station (Subways), so you can take the subways to the Jatujak weekend market or to the Jodd fair market near the Rama 9 area, very close to the city such as the Sukhumvit or nana plaza. Recommend the Mercure Bangkok makkasan.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the city, but very relaxed anytime when you stay. They have the shuttle bus service (Tuk Tuk car) to the Pratunam (the Palladium World), best service with the lovely staff of the front desk and bellman team.
