This is very terrible service and I send it some fossil but this is not yet get and customer hungry to us if we deliver you should keep nicely and will call and ask they say no have we already delivered next time don't do it like that again !!!!! Have to be Good

Great stay at Mercure Makkasan. The facilities are nice and the hotel is conveniently located. The highlifht is the staff that is very nice, arranging and proactive! My only (minor) comment would be that the bathroom was missing hand soap for the sink and we had to use the shower soap.

Very accomodating and helpful staff. The rooms were big, clean and nicely furnished, although there weren't a lot of hooks to hang your things up. Broad buffet to choose from when eating breakfast. Even though the hotel is close to the Makkasan Trainstation, it is not easy to get to by foot, because you would have to walk on a big street without sidewalk. So we would recommend taking a Grab or Taxi from the station or directly from the airport.

It was an amazing experience in this luxury hotel. Special thanks to Mr Joe, Duty Manager and Miss Milk who helped us with our smooth checkin process. It was indeed a delightful experience to have stayed here. We had booked a Privilege room at 21st floor and the view was spectacular.
