MRT역에서 걸어서 10분이면 되는데 모든 사람의 후기처럼 인도와 차도 구분이 없는 길이라 아주 위험합니다. 뚝뚝이도 생각보다 불편합니다. MRT 역에 도착하기 전부터 도착 시간을WhatsApp으로 공유하였으나 우리 가족은 역에서 15분을 기다렸습니다. 수영장은 추워서 이용하지 않았고 프리빌리지 숙박으로 Evening Cocktail (17:30~19:00)를 이용했는데 18:30되니 음식도 다 치우고 추가 음료 주문을 받지 않아 기분이 상했습니다...

We sincerely regret that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by our location accessibility and the delay in our shuttle service at the MRT station. Your feedback regarding the waiting time has been shared with our team to reinforce coordination and response time. We are also sorry to learn that the pool temperature and the Privilege Evening Cocktail experience, particularly the early clearing of food and limited beverage service, left you disappointed. 금액대 가성비가 좋다고 생각됨. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았음. 호텔의 위치는 사실상 좋지는 않음. 나름대로 방콕의 중심부와 가깝기는 하지만 대중교통으로는 접근 할 수가 없었음. 앞에 공항철도 마카산 역이 있기는 하지만 호텔 외부에 사람이 걸을 수 있는 인도가 없어서 차도옆으로 걸어야 하는데 매우 위험하다고 느껴졌음. 공항에서 택시 어플로 호텔을 찍고 왔는데 호텔 뒷편으로 안내되어 택시기사가 헤맸음.
