I stay in hotels 300 nights a year and this is my 8th visit at this property. The staff all are very friendly. The bed is wonderful. Air conditioning, hot water and WiFi all worked well. As i used to work in F & B for a large, international hotel chain, I am well aware of the pressures of keeping food costs down. However, in my most recent stay, one morning, the cantaloupe being served was bad. On 2, different mornings, the watermelon had turned rancid. These fruits can easily go bad - i know you don’t want to throw food out - but this must be carefully monitored. The salad dressings offered - thousand island & Caesar are very thick. I believe it might be helpful adding a vinegarette option. Tips for guests: two blocks over, on soi 8, you will find the best currency exchange - Dee Money - right on the corner of soi 8 and Sukhumvit. Also on soi 8, if you need a haircut , Tong Manhattan Barber does a fabulous job. Enter soi 8, go 30m and take a right down the first alley. Barbershop is at the end, on the left. Benjakitti Park is a 8-10 minute stroll from the hotel. When you exit the hotel, go left and you will walk right into the park. It is a fantastic place to walk, run, exercise. Overall this is a good hotel and I will continue to stay here.

Good location Even though at night it is full of pubs and bars because it is in the middle of the nightlife area. But during the day, it is a business and office area near Asoke, Ploenchit, BTS, MRT, and the back road connects to Silom and Sathorn, making it very convenient for traveling or conducting business. Good Ibis standard, good staff in all departments. I choose to stay here whenever I have to travel for business in the Sukhumvit area. And received good service from all the staff, especially “Burin , Pu , Jasmine” and I repeat, all the staff are good.
