I’ve stayed here for quite a few weeks and Namphueng is one of the housekeepers and my room is always clean and spotless and she does a few extra things for me like cleaning my coffee filters and coffee cups and the room is always neat and clean. The only reason I know her name is cause she leaves a little card in the room, but really the whole staff is very good here.

I stay in hotels 300 nights a year and this is my 8th visit at this property. The staff all are very friendly. The bed is wonderful. Air conditioning, hot water and WiFi all worked well. As i used to work in F & B for a large, international hotel chain, I am well aware of the pressures of keeping food costs down. However, in my most recent stay, one morning, the cantaloupe being served was bad. On 2, different mornings, the watermelon had turned rancid. These fruits can easily go bad - i know you don’t want to throw food out - but this must be carefully monitored. The salad dressings offered - thousand island & Caesar are very thick. I believe it might be helpful adding a vinegarette option. Tips for guests: two blocks over, on soi 8, you will find the best currency exchange - Dee Money - right on the corner of soi 8 and Sukhumvit. Also on soi 8, if you need a haircut , Tong Manhattan Barber does a fabulous job. Enter soi 8, go 30m and take a right down the first alley. Barbershop is at the end, on the left. Benjakitti Park is a 8-10 minute stroll from the hotel. When you exit the hotel, go left and you will walk right into the park. It is a fantastic place to walk, run, exercise. Overall this is a good hotel and I will continue to stay here.
