Thd stay at the hotel was great, the swiming pool, was great. The bed was great and the room tidy. All the staff were really kind and genuinely lovely, not forced but naturally welcoming and available. Chang was a great help making sure I get my plane on time by arranging the fastest option to the airport.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel, which unfortunately does not meet the standards of a true 5-star property. After inspecting several rooms, we decided to cancel our stay. All the rooms we saw were noticeably damp and humid, suggesting a significant issue with the air conditioning or ventilation system. The staff, however, were extremely kind, polite, and genuinely tried to help us. It was clear that they wanted to make things right, but this situation is completely beyond their control. We hope that hotel management takes this feedback seriously, investigates the underlying climate issues, and makes the necessary improvements. The staff deserve better conditions to work in, and guests deserve the comfort expected from a 5-star hotel.

Bad soundproof, cockroaches at the coffee machines, extreme hot and cold shower, difficult to adjust the temperature

The staffs are very nice and great location with free shuttle tuk tuk every 30min. But the breakfast coffee machines has many many cockroaches ( find the video on Google Map review), soundproof was very bad, I got 2529, must avoid this room. Club lounge staff are helpful to change the room for me but there is another room facing the main road.

The hotel has a reasonable location. It's a bit far down the soi, but there's a free tuk-tuk every half hour from the hotel to Terminal 21 Mall. From there, you can take the BTS or the MRT. And because it's so far down the soi, there's little noise pollution from Sukhumvit Road. The rooms are nice and spacious enough. There's some entertainment on the rooftop, including a bar, pool, and game room. You also have a nice view. The gym has a reasonable number of machines. Personally, the breakfast selection was disappointing. For a 5-star hotel, it could have been a bit more extensive compared to other sister hotels I've stayed at, such as Pullman, Sofitel, Swissotel and Grand Mercure. Unfortunately, I also had some issues at breakfast. The staff cleared my table too quickly, even though there was still food on my plate and a drink in my glass. As a solo traveler, you often have to leave food and drinks on the table before other guests take the table. Otherwise, you'll lose your table every time you want to get new food and/or drinks. Because this had already happened twice, I reported it to the restaurant manager, and she was helpful. I received compensation and a promise that it wouldn't happen again. But unfortunately, it did happen the next day. So I reported it again, and then I spoke with another manager or assistant manager. She also apologized, made a promise and gave a compensation. They do take complaints seriously, but it still needs to be properly implemented. Three times out of five shouldn't be acceptable, especially not when someone has already reported it. In the executive lounge, things went perfectly, both for breakfast and the evening cocktail. Despite this experience, I've booked a second stay, and I hope it's even better than this one.
