This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything was well-organized, clean, and had a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptional service, especially from Nonny . He was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Whether it was providing helpful information, assisting with requests, or simply offering a sincere smile, Non demonstrated true professionalism and hospitality. Thanks to him, our experience felt more personal and memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort.

Location: Ideally situated for guests interested in shopping and culinary tourism. Room Type: (I stayed at standard room & superior room) Both room types provided ample space, high-quality bedding, large windows, bathrobes, ironing facilities, and other thoughtful amenities. Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, with full carpeting and spotless, dry bathrooms. Facilities: The swimming pool offered stunning city views and was one of the highlights of the stay. The gym was clean, cool, and comfortable. Atmosphere: The hotel provides quiet area, creating a peaceful and homely environment. It is directly connected to the mall below, offering easy and convenient access. Value: The overall cost of the stay was in line with the quality and services provided. Additionally, the breakfast menu was extensive, including a delicious Thai tea. Service: Excellent and highly satisfying service, especially for room service, luggage trolley assistance during check-in and check-out, and fulfillment of additional in-room amenity requests. Other Notes: Luggage storage was available both before check-in and after check-out. A special thank you to Ms. Jeni and Mr. Dream for making the check-out process particularly pleasant. Special Case: I had made a mistake by placing two reservations under the same name and dates—one with payment at the hotel and another with immediate payment. I would like to extend my gratitude to the hotel’s reservation team, who handled the issue smoothly via email, from start to finish. I encourage others not to hesitate to contact the hotel by email should any issues arise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Bangkok.

Very polite and friendly service at the reception by Palmy, Toon, Bambin. Welcome with a drink and gave a room with water view which my mother wanted. Room was clean and up to date. Breakfast had huge variety or all the Thai tea and desserts and continental breakfast options. Loved the breakfast variety. Also order room service the food was good. Will definitely recommend this hotel for its breakfast options and location for the serial shoppers at platinum mall and pratunam market. Also has Big C walking distance for grocery haul when in Bangkok.
