아속역과 나나역에서 도보 이동한 거리 유동인구가 많아서 밤 늦게도 안전한 이동 가능 주변에 음식점, 마사지샵등이 많이 있고 노점상도 많음 다만 어린가족을 동반한 여행객에게는 비추천

위치가 유흥가 주변이니 만큼 약간은 걱정이 되었으나 객실이 무척 조용했습니다. 객실 정비는 무척 잘 되어 있었으나 TV의 youtube 기능은 네트워크 문제로 전혀 되지 않았습니다. staff는 모두 친절했습니다 (특히 시큐리티와 컨시어지 및 하우스 키핑). 현재 옆 건물이 공사중인 관계로 수영장이 약간 시끄러우니 감안해야 합니다. 화장실의 변기 물의 압력이 매우 약한 듯 해서 확인해달라고 요청하였을 때 프론트데스크에서 무척 친절하게 피드백을 해주었습니다. 엔지니어가 다녀간 후 물의 압력이 동일해 보였으나 실제로는 잘 내려가는 형태의 변기로 보입니다. 엘리베이터가 두 대 뿐이고 층은 20층 가까이 되서 다만 Family room을 예약했으나 예약 사진에 있는 아이들을 위한 인형이 없어서 무척이나 아쉬웠습니다. 근래에 여러 번 accor 계열 호텔을 숙박했는데 대부분 family room 등 사용 시 아이들을 위해 인형을 준비해 줍니다. (아이들이 호텔에서 주는 인형들을 항상 모으고 아끼기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택한 이유였습니다. 아이들이 무척 기대했는데 실망했습니다). 호텔의 레스토랑을 이용하는 것도 호텔 이용 시 기대가 되는 점이고 accor는 대부분 실망시키지 않는데 이 호텔에 위치한 레스토랑이 모두 accor plus discount의 적용이 "불가능"함에 따라 이번에는 호텔 내에서 식사는 전혀 하지 않았습니다. 사유는 호텔에서 직운영이 아니라고 하는데 이런 경우는 처음이라 당황스러웠습니다.

호텔위치는 좀 애매 합니다. 툭툭 서비스가 있어서 보완해 주긴 합니다만 나나역 근처라 역에서 내려 걷기엔 좋은 도로가 아닙니다. 특히 아이들이 있다면요 더욱. 밤에도 시끄럽고 지저분한 주변환경이 호텔이미지를 감점시키네요. 그 외 서비스는 만족합니다. 특히 벨보이분들 바쁘지만 항상 친절하게 해주시고 감사했어요.
