If you wish to stay in good hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit within easy reach to the vibrant night life then this probably a good chice at a reasonable cost. If you wish to stay at a quite area, do not book here. The lobby is not huge and has limited sitting capacity, however the restaurnat is big and boasts with a very good service and an excellent breakfast. The service is excellent. thd staff at the reception are kind and very helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable and has good sound isolation. A caveat is that the light in the bath room is not very bright enough and the floor is a bit slippery at the shower.

Location was great rooms are tidy and clean, lily’s fu breakfast was great also the staffs are professional, specially mr. Top. Nearby to many bars, clubs , restaurants, also there are many exchanges close to it

Very good atmosphere and location is very good , stuff behaviour is so polite, I meet Mr Adison Concierge from Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, he is friendly and so cooperative, over all experience is very good for this Hotel.

Stayed a few nights in Bangkok and chose this hotel, I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. Arrival and check in to the hotel was very easy, checked in within minutes. I was in a room with Bath tub and walk in shower, it’s was incredibly spacious and offered all the amenities we needed such as tea/coffee, water etc. Would have been nice to have some slippers to go with the complimentary dressing gown. I stayed with breakfast and all was ok, plenty of options both Asian and Western. The pool and pool bar was really good, plenty of space and sun-beds. I was worried that based on other reviews it didn’t get enough sunlight but found it had plenty of sun light - maybe because it’s high season now. The lunch on offer from pool bar was plentiful, and a great selection of drinks. Big thanks Moo for his service and friendly attitude, we had great fun sat with him during the day. Location of the hotel is also very good, there are plenty of restaurants and bars directly outside including two 7Eleven stores within walking distance, and a brilliant local food court not far as well. Taxis and Tuk Tuks are available outside the hotel and reasonably priced to the main attracts. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will look at it for my next trip to Bangkok!

Very nice service over the counter, room was made clean daily, large bathroom. Booked a family room, place was cosy a lot of foods and drinking place just around the corner, front desk is very helpful if you wish to travel from hotel to any attractions. One disadvantages that i notice is nothing to do with the hotel but the environment around it. As it's located near a lof of drinking area and now weeds are legally sold in thailand, so i recommend as couple or friends is good but not for families as it can be quite messy especially during the night. But day time walking about for food and BTS station are great and near.
