Property has a great view especially when you opt for sea view rooms. We took 2 sea view rooms but it was given at floor no 2 and both the rooms were which apparently suposed to be sea view were blocked by coconut tree one of the room 232 was partlialy bloced with trees. So we didnt know whether we paid for the right value. We stayed for 2 nights and next day our rooms were cleaned around 7 pm and we were waiting in the lobby for almost 1 hour for the room to get cleaned, when we contested why this happend we were justified by saying that hotel is booked and we clean rooms till 8 pm which i found little unproffessional and less educated on hospitality terms, I dont want to name the person (lady) i found her low on hospitality education and covering on mistake which should have been accepted, I dont see guest who are staying their rooms are cleaned in the end. Very unfortunate and no apology. Staff not at all helpful, Property is loaded with guest and the staff is not trained to handle so much crowd. Very bad breakfast, its seems we were at a place where things were offered for free. I have stayed here before when it was 4 points, i went with that experience unfortunately it was terrible.

There was an animal which I belived it was a rat. First, the staff looked like they didnt believe us what we've been said (there was something, kind of animal or rat inside the AC/ducting). Cause when they arrived the sound was barely there. So idk who is he, (not the maintenance staff, but the one who wear black shirt and trousers) asked us to used that room for 1 night. Like the sound was too loud and annoyed us, thats why we called and asked them to checked it. But that guys, asked us to stayed with that room for a night? are u good? Eventho we are an accor member, we increasingly feel disrespected. But after we gave them some tense, they managed to moved us into another room (lower floor, worse view), without any compliments or words (like sorry or anything else). Not a really pleasant experince. Bed kinda big old, it wasnt comfortable enough, AC is good, sofa Ok.

Supposedly 1 parking spot will be provided but when arrived we were told that all parking is full. So I need to pay for parking at another hotel. I consider this as misinformation from your side. What an unpleasant experience.

Room is comfortable, bathroom cleaned, except beach sand left without vacum on the side cabinet next to the window & TV reception error all the times. The rest is superb, especially breakfast meals 5 stars.

The location is really convenient, and the view was beautiful, especially since I chose the ocean-view room. Waking up to that view was definitely worth it! The only thing I think could be improved is the nasi lemak at breakfast, especially the sambal. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and felt that the room and hotel were worth the money. Would definitely consider staying here again! 🌊✨
