Unfortunately the guests were so noisy outside the room. Need to have some rules to keep quiet in the middle of the night. Lack of parking was also an issue. Apart from that the hotel was good.

Unfortunately, my stay at Mercure Beach was far from enjoyable. The hotel's strongest point is definitely the location and view. The lobby faces the beach, and some rooms offer beautiful sea views. However, my room was located on the first floor facing the road, so I did not get to enjoy the scenery. What disappointed me most was the customer service at check-in. The male staff member at the reception was not welcoming at all. My greeting was not acknowledged, and my smile was not returned. At one point, while I was looking elsewhere, I noticed him showing my IC to another staff member and discussing something. Whether it was work-related or not, it made me feel uncomfortable and left an unprofessional impression. I honestly believe it's not work related perhaps just pointing out about my address etc. Considering the price of this hotel, I expected a much higher standard of service. I even booked two connecting rooms for my family. Parking was one of the biggest disappointments of our stay. The parking spaces directly in front of the hotel are extremely limited and seem to be reserved for selected guests. Despite travelling with senior citizens who have difficulty walking long distances, our request for a more convenient parking arrangement was not accommodated. Whenever the front parking area was full, we were directed to park in a separate building some distance away from the hotel. This was particularly frustrating because we had elderly family members, luggage, and multiple bags to carry. The walk back and forth between the parking area and the hotel quickly became tiring and inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no lift access from certain parking levels, meaning we had to climb stairs and navigate through the parking structure repeatedly. Every time we wanted to go out or return to the hotel, it felt like a hassle. For a hotel in this price range, I would expect a parking arrangement that is more guest-friendly, especially for families with elderly members or young children. Accessibility and convenience are important parts of the guest experience, and unfortunately, the parking situation significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. What should have been a relaxing beach getaway became unnecessarily stressful due to the constant concern about parking and the long walks involved. For the price paid, I expected a much better overall experience. While the location and beach views are attractive, the lack of customer service, limited parking, and poor accessibility significantly affected our stay. I hope the management will take guest feedback seriously and improve both staff training and parking arrangements for future visitors.

Staff helping with check in is not familiar with Accor reservation. Had spent quite a bit longer to sort out the prepayment. Even when collecting tourism tax, also didn't collect properly.
