Check in was good, upgrade due to our Accor Platinum status is much appreciated Bed comfortable but steps within the suite are not good. Location of hotel is great to town and ok other beach attractions.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The reception was good and the room was meeting expectation however the breakfast was disappointing. For the breakfast, the coffee was ok but the nasi lemak was very disappointing. The samble was lousy (taste horrible) and the ikan bilis was very salty and hard. The noddle soup taste lousy and the ingredients were low quality (mostly frozen stuff).

Welcome Drinks inaccurate, but lack of customer service and no one taking accountability for inaccuracies in App and what the Local hotel states. Disappointed to be left for 10mins waiting outside for an answer while receptionist and bar staff didnt care.. where was the customer service
