First of all, as a platinum member, i asked for a late checkout 4-5pm(usual late checkout time for platinum), the supervisor/staff with the name GUNA rejected the request, i dont mind her rejecting, but she didnt apologized and doesnt show any sign of respect and friendliness Second, I was told that I have to change room the next day because they can only upgrade me for 1 night, if cannot upgrade the whole stay, might as well no need to upgrade only the first night But at least they finally accepted my request to stay in the same room But the late checkout thing was still iritating If this hotel respects their platinum members, I demand that GUNA wrote an apology letter to me apologizing for her unfriendly response to my request

It's been my second time to your hotel as Accor member. The key attraction for this hotel is the beachside location highlight. For the room, it's standard Mercure feature but Our bathroom bidet has been dripping the whole time, upkeep required. As Accor member, I've always preferred Mercure, however, your hotel staffs don't meet the standard of the rest of my Mercure stays, it's the same for both of my stays. I don't experience Mercure hospitality upon check in, it's like all the staff are having a bad day at work, consistently. Same for the fnb staffs and they are not trained obviously. Everyone depends on one supervisor to attend to every question and guest. Nobody knows how to get things done without the supervisor. The property has so much potential but lacks a team that carries the brand's standard. I hope the General Manager sees this and have an improvement plan especially on staff training and prioritizing hospitality.

overall okay tapi i booking for ocean view, bila i sampai i dapat level 1 yg view blocked by trees? i call untuk tukar bilik tk dapat sebab dah full. i upgraded mymoney for ocean view tapi takda ocean view seriously? do something. room yg blocked by trees tu tak patut masuk under ocean view! breakfast is okay sedap. bilik hotel pun okay. cuma i memang takda mood sebab tak dapat ocean view dahla upgraded mahal hmmmm.
