Ms. YAGMUR YILMAZ, Spa Manager & her “team extraordinaire” provided an amazing mind, body & soul wellness experience. Special thanks to ADEL & HANAN at reception, and then SAMEER, SILVA & STEVE for their professionalism and healing/beauty touch! I commend Ms. YILMAZ’ Top Notch Spa operation! Through my stay, I loved the familiar faces at the hotel reception area and the beautiful spa! Front desk WIDJAN & OMAR, & Guest Relations officials Ms. RAWAN & MS. DANA warmed up my arrival. I appreciated Ms. Rawan checking in through my stay! Mr. IBRAHIM also treated me to a welcome fruit & sweets tray sent to my room! The CLUB CAR service was outstanding, special thanks to ALI! Great experience. Starting from the warm welcome with the yummiest lemonade & the young man's kind smile, to the accommodating receptionist, housekeeping managed by Mr Samer & his team including Odeh checking on us, followed by the pool team: Khamis, Abu Khalid & Mahmoud + the pool was warmed to a perfect temperature, the drivers on the golf carts were amazing, helpful & happy all the time. Then we come to the fabulous breakfast quantity, quality and variety + the chefs & waiters were happy to pamper us. Thank you all for all your services.

Best place to stay in Dead sea ever! Everything was amazing from the beginning to the End, at the check in the reception team provided us with great welcoming, the room was spotless and the view was the Best ever. Although I experienced an incident during my first night at the restaurant, it was handled exceptionally well and professionally by Mr. Badran, the Food & Beverage Manager. This demonstrates how well-trained the staff at this hotel are in managing any situation. A special thanks also goes to the Guest Relations Manager, Rawan, for her kindness and proactive support throughout our stay.
