Very enjoyable experience with a few gaps. Attendants could be more proactively helpful assisting with taxi and car service. Beautiful grounds. Tasty food. Traditional Moroccan Mint Tea service always enjoyed. Housekeeping was excellent and Mehdi at the poolside terrace bar provided superb customer service!

The staff at the kids club were exception, they went over and beyond for the kids. My Kids really loved the kids club, Thanks to Ikbal Touria for making their holiday a memorable one with all the activities she did with them, painting, making cardboard hats, making hand bracelets, treasure hunt and so many other activities. It was a very safe and happy environment with very friendly staff who always smiled and made us feel very welcome.

Very nice hotel, mostly really good. Its beautifully decorated hotel with magnificent and well maintained grounds, gardens. The check in is a bit slow and in general they are a bit disorganised. But very friendly and willing to assist. Especially would like to mention two ladies on the reception who were very helpful. Both Ladies had the same name: Omaima Thank you to all the staff who helped us, consierge Rafic was very helpful

Everythingabout this place is Awesome Chef Sami at breakgast was very niceamd helpful. Hemade sure we were well taken care. Great guy! I will ask for him daily. Jr is such a great addition to this beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. If anyone is looking for a nice place to stay this is it.

Very happy with the service of breakfast with live music and welcoming staff. Special thank you to Sami Bastri. Room service manager was amazing Mr. Mohamed Rauchi with his team. The Spa treatments and service was on top with the hard pro massage of Marife! The checkin was bit slow and the first room i got was not great with few issues, but im happy with the second option. Check out was very slow and not happy as i had to take my own luggage after reminding the front desk to come and help and i almost got late for my flight - my car was also not ready as i informed the front desk - its very dissapointing when i pay 8 times the price of taxi. Actually my car also was late on picking me from airport to hotell too, i had to remind the hotel. Hoping that the service of checkin and private cars + check out will be better next time. Will be back in 6 months...
