we had a beautiful room and the guest service people were amazing and so sweet specially Rakesh, Babu, and Anthony they cleaned very well and left towels they truly gave us excellent service :D

Aslında genel olarak memnun kaldım ama son gün sabah erken saatte çıkışta yaşadığım olay benim tüm memnuniyetimi aldı götürdü. son gün sabah 05:00 civarı check-out yaptım. O sırada kahvaltı kuruluyordu ve 6 yaşındaki oğlumun canı oradaki kruvasanlardan çekti ve 2 adet küçük kruvasan almak istedi. Ama resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar buna müsade etmediler. Şunu da belirtmek isterim ki ben kahvaltı dahil anlaşmıştım yani o günün de kahvaltı parasını ödemiştim. Siz şimdi 2 adet küçük kruvasanı vermiyor musunuz dediğimde yok müdürlerine haber vermeleri gerekiyormuş,onun gelip onay vermesi gerekiyormuş....vb bir sürü prosedür anlattılar. Dünyada hiç bir kural ve prosedür küçük bir çocuğun mutluluğundan daha değerli olamaz. Benim açımdan son derece kaba bir davranıştı bu nedenle otelinize bir daha gelmem ve kimseye tavsiye etmem.

its good, and good location, good food, and good service, nearby are many shops and restaurants, they are also giving wine in the in room minibar.

extremely pleased with the professionalism & friendliness of the rooftop staff ( Brighton , Nowan , Buddy and friends ) and SuperMarvin ( catering ) - a clear testament to the superb managerial skills of Laksman & always a pleasure to visit the Somerset’s ( one of Dubai’s hidden gems ) - most welcoming pub staff in Dubai ; so a special shootout to Sevara , Sky , Himanshu , Jawad and Shyam & … and I have to mention the friendliness and keenness of the housekeeping staff - never a disappointment

I got a lovely welcome from Marsha at reception when I checked in and throughout my stay she always said hello and smiled when I passed which really made a difference to how I felt about my stay there. I had stayed in this hotel in April 2024 and hadn't come back due to the rather small swimming pool and even smaller gym. I'm always surprised that such big hotels don't have larger pools and better-equipped gyms. I stayed in an 80m2 Deluxe Suite (520) at the end of a corridor so it was very quiet. The living room and bedroom corresponded to the photos on the Accor website but the shower was in the bathtub instead of being separate as in the photos and I don't like climbing into bathtubs, I prefer a walk-in shower which is easier on the knees. The toilet roll holder was too close to the toilet. The Executive Lounge was very good with a nice choice of food and drink even if the Happy Hour was only from 6-7.30pm whereas other 5 star Accor hotel Executive Lounges in Dubai are open for 2 hours for the evening canapés so it would be nice if they could extend the time. Breakfast at The Fountain on the ground floor was a bit of a mess even though they had added lots of extra tables in the lobby. It was always overcrowded and you had to wait ages for a table. It was nice that you could order Eggs Benedict with salmon from a waiter but it came on plain white bread rather than muffins so I was a bit disappointed with that. I went to Somerset's Bar in the evenings for a drink. It would be nice if they could have a non-smoking section. It's hard to be back in a smoky environment when you are used to cigarette-free environments all over Europe. The housekeeper Meherban from Calcutta did an excellent job in my suite and was very friendly so overall my stay was good and I would consider staying here again.
