Very good ambience great atmosphere pleasant location and very humble hospitality staff. Nixson was very polite and friendly from the first day itself. Heads up for Nixson 😇👍🏻. The food at Chutneys is awesome must try the Murgh Tikka masala!

Fine....and then my things went missing from my room

My shirt was missing from my room. At first I thought it was the laundry service as I had a collection today. When I received the laundry there was no shirt. I made a complaint immediately. The manager Taha Ibrahim spent hours going through the laundry order step by step and could not find the shirt as missing. He therefore made his claim that it is not the laundry error. If that is the case then where is the shirt? My shirt is still missing from my room! If it was not the laundry then it must have been the cleaners either deliberately or by accident have taken my white shirt I need for a meeting tomorrow. I asked for the shirt to be replaced tonight and Taha would not. The shops are still open and he will not. He then placed the burden of proof on me to prove my shirt has gone missing. It has become very nasty and unpleasant when an item of mine has gone missing, which affects my work tomorrow and yet it is up to me to figure out a solution. I am the victim and I am disgusted how this has been handled. I am promised an answer in the morning as Taha will not make a decision and all he says is no for every solution I come up with. Tomorrow comes too late as I am checking out in the morning. Just appalling service from beginning to end

Where shall I start- no point being an Accor member because you will stand in Que and then push your way through otherwise you’re not getting checked in. Whe your asleep you will get all the bass and noise complimentry in your room. The pool , well you could be in Timbuktu, dated and a wall round it like Fort Knox- breakfast limited options. Many other greatly priced hotels with better service

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a 3 night stay. One of the days being my mums birthday. They brought her a sparkling cake and sung her happy birthday. Which was lovely. We stayed all inclusive all the food we had was delicious. Chutneys Indian restaurant was lovely too. Would recommend and definitely go back.

Great hotel great location lovely staff

Loved this hotel rooms are modern clean and comfortable. We were all inclusive and found the food great with lots of choice. Drinks were good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It was my birthday whilst here and i was given birthday cake twice which was a lovely touch. Its easy to get around and the hotels shuttle bus is great for getting to the Mall and to Kite beach. Also the metro station is only a 20 minute walk which was handy. If I come back to Dubai I wouldn't hesitate to book the Movenpick Bur and would reccomend to friends and family.
