Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly service. Special thanks to Raju at the breakfast service who was very polite and helpful. They have a great breakfast spread which will have everything you would want in terms of cuisines. I would definitely stay here again.

Reception and Backend Guest Service is Good while rooms are Very Small

Ms. Lenka from Guest Service Center was a great support in helping me get my misplaced bag in room 930 allocated earlier. The rooms are too small with very congested restroom and poor cooling. Shahbaz and Binura at Front Desk tried to cheer me up. Ms. Kristine at Check in time was very smiling and accommodating. To my utter surprise there is no pool, steam and sauna too.

Great place for a family vacation! Everything is clean, housekeeping is timely, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and polite. Special thanks to Mahmoud at the reception! We had many questions, and he kindly helped us and guided us. Mahmoud demonstrates a high level of professionalism: he quickly and effectively answered our questions, assisted in all questions, and was always ready to help with anything. However, I would like the restaurant's menu to be more diverse, not just Asian cuisine. Thank you for your hard work! We hope to visit you again in the future!

Modern and comfortable hotel located at walking distance from WTC

Very comfortable rooms, clean and modern. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice and the staff of the hotel is very friendly and attentive. Also very well located if you are attending exhibitions at the WTC. At walking distance. Recommend to all.
