I had a wonderful experience at Novotel WTC Dubai while attending the Gulfood Exhibition. Uncle Dato made the stay especially memorable with his warm hospitality. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the Embers continental breakfast was an absolute delight. An excellent team overall—I would definitely visit again!

It is a wonderful experience in the restaurant. The staff are excellent mainly Nan and Alam they are so kind and helpful and made everything possible to enjoy the breakfast . Also the room was so nice and calm and the service was excellent . I am enjoying my stay in the hotel Novetel and it is rich in experience and joy

Odanın içindeki televizyon ve telefon düzgün çalışmıyordu. Bir de odada çok aşırı sigara kokusu vardı. Sanki tuvalette sigara içilmiş gibi. Koku hafiflemişti ancak temizlik sonrası yine artmıştı. Biz resepsiyona iletmedik ancak cam açılmadığı için bizi rahatsız etti. Onun dışında gayet memnun kaldık.
