the staff is really welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is overall clean and modest. Anita and Aftab were specifically helpful, very mindful very demure 🫶. I did personally feel like the carpets were old and rusty with time, the curtains were heavy and it's a little confined but not too much that it feels claustrophobic. It was a nice experience .

Amazing hotel amenities, comfy beds and variety of pillow selections, nice hotel lobby ambiance and very inviting hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and the level of excellence is incredible. Excellent customer service although it needs to be improved as a regular guest, I’ve always been recognized but given ordinary experience. Nice place to stay!

Nice hotel, nice room. Near by metro, the food also was amazing! Eline in coffee shop very helpful and was nice staff! Also Good services and kind!! Next time i will come again to stay in this hotel, good price also. Thank you novotel, see you soon

Ishan & irfan were extremely helpful in solving all.our queries ....im.so thankful to.them for their never ending suppport at night also.....cheers to them....if u go to novotel dubai make urself comfortable coz ishan n irfan are there.

Value for Money and near Metro station

The hotel location quite calm and good, near Metro Station only 5 minutes walking distance and only take 15 minutes to Dubai Airport, the location surounded by hospital thats why the called it Healthcare City. The room is quite big and clean, The staffs are very helpfull they allow us to checkin early and the cafe's staff name Elin is very friendly. The room rate is cheap, recommended for stay with family.
