We only came to visit Raffels for drinks and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Marthiza and Irene, they talked to us about the history of the hotel. We would definitely come back for an afternoon tea next time. Beautiful hotel.

We had a truly wonderful experience! The hospitality was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Saurabh, Salah, Sanjay, Gomaa, and Chef Sohail's team went above and beyond to make our time memorable. The warmth from the entire team made us feel truly special. The foods and the services are excellent, especially the lobby restaurant. Irene and Rekha were taking care of me and they’re doing a very great job!!! I will bring all my friends and family to enjoy the foods here. Really recommended to come here!

We are currently enjoying our last day of a much needed weeks holiday at Raffles Dubai. We have had a wonderful week. Every aspect of the hotel is truly 5 star. First impressions were excellent. We were well taken care of from the first moment we stepped out of the car. Check in was smooth and all aspects of the hotel were thoughtfully explained to us. It's an iconic looking hotel with interiors to match. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the bed was super comfortable. I genuinely haven't slept so well in a long time. Breakfast is a delight with every possible need catered for. The a la carte menu is exceptional with a full buffet to match. We tried cuisine from all over the world. We would 100% recommend a club upgrade. Drinks are plentiful and free flowing, and a nightly changing buffet of hot and cold food, cheeses, desserts, meant that we filled up on an evening and didn't feel the need to venture out for food some nights. The options were so flavoursome with an emphasis on Arabic food. We spoke to a few people who didn't think that the half board upgrade was worth it. Bento boxes for lunch, and a limited pizza/pasta menu for evenings, we were told. The pool area is fantastic. Despite it being roadside you don't get too disturbed by noise. The sunloungers are very comfortable and you will soon find your favourite spot. Ice cold water is brought around several times during the day. All of the pool staff were so helpful. In terms of location, it's a city hotel. If you want beach, then this probably isn't the location for you. We ventured out using the metro one day (the nearest station is a 5 minute walk away, very easy to use) and it took us around 1hr to get to the marina/beach area. I would recommend buying a day ticket, especially if you want to hop on and off, and a Gold carriage upgrade is definitely worth the money. There is direct access to the Wafi Mall (great supermarket, cinema, souks, and plentiful shops) and there is a brilliant Irish Pub (McCafferty's) less than a 5 minute walk which became our local for the week. I can highly recommend it here. A special mention goes to all of the management and staff who work at Raffles Dubai. So professional, so kind, so helpful. Every single one of them with a smile and all look genuinely happy in their jobs. They are truly a credit and it's the levels of service received which makes this hotel 5 star. We would 100% consider returning. We have felt truly looked after and will go home completely rested, and with great memories.

I happened to come across Raffles Salon while looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy some coffee and get some work done. As I settled in, a lovely lady named Devina approached me. She was incredibly professional and attentive noticing that I was struggling to find a plug to charge my laptop, she immediately offered assistance and even brought me a charger. She kindly asked if anyone would be joining me and made sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to experience this level of thoughtfulness and professionalism these days. Raffles Dubai truly stands out. I absolutely love coming to Raffles Salon!
