Wonderful week in Raffles Dubai. Arrive very early morning and had great room service meal at 4 am. Lovely room overlooking the gardens. Great location adjoining Wafi Mall. Brilliant staff. Fine breakfast. Very much hope to visit again

Great hotel with excellent service. Room - We had a club room, great service in the Club by Betty. Club service was overall excellent, having stayed for 6 days I thought the evening canapés would be repetitive but the chef did a great job in making sure there was variety. Breakfast - one of the best breakfasts in a 5 star hotel. Simple and a good variety. Staff - the staff at Raffles Dubai is what makes the hotel excellent. So I wanted to mention the staff who truly made a difference. Revkha - at breakfast. Such an excellent waitress. A great asset. Betty - Club room floor. Friendly, good pleasant service. She went the extra mile and even managed to the right concierge to organise an evening for us. Wilson - Concierge/ front desk doorman. A huge thank you to Wilson who helped fix my mothers glass and helped with my birthday. Arini - I am absolutely spoiled in London and with my travels having had great massages around the world. But nothing has come close to the service from Arini. She is world class. I will be coming back even just for another massage with her. In addition Becky who did the second message. Finally a huge thank you to the team who helped my mother plan my birthday. You did an amazing job :Horiman, Purity, Hera & Pyae Location - easy location for us, I only take taxis in Dubai. From the hotel to somewhere like the one and only was around 85 AED. So fairly reasonable if you are used to London prices. If you want to be in the thick of JBR etc and stroll around in the evening, then this would suit however if you are happy to hop in a taxi it’s an easy location. We only had one evening of horrendous traffic. Hotel is close to some great restaurants like OPA and Hutong so an easy win. The pool- the pool area was ok. TBH I much prefer going to beach clubs than using the hotel city pools in Dubai. I would recommend the hotel change the policy of having an area of paying beds for guests. I only used the pool for a couple of hours on two days and the “cabanas” were totally empty. So why not let guests use them who have paid £1000s of pounds. A great hotel overall. Will return.

Really enjoyed our stay at Raffles. Beautiful hotel, has a mall attached with grocery store and other conveniences like a Starbucks, other coffee shops, cinemas etc. Great gym and pool. Was hard to know what events are happening at the hotel. We went to enjoy the outside view and found they had a free movie playing on the lawn with bean bags, popcorn and drinks. Was a great night for the kids to watch this with the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa lit up in the background but we were just lucky we stubbled upon it. Breakfast and lunch buffets were great. Staff are so lovely and was also nice to be outside the really busy, touristy areas but easy for pick up and drop off with a metro station just down the road. Highly recommend.
