Unprofessional Service: Avoid Javed at All Costs!

I had a really bad experience with Javed. His service was horrible, and he was quite rude. It felt like he wasn't professional at all, which made the whole situation really uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend trying to avoid him if you're planning to come to the lobby. It's disappointing when you expect good service and end up with someone who doesn't seem to care about their job or the customers. Overall, my interaction with him left a negative impression, and I hope others can steer clear of the same experience.

Olawole and Bikash in housekeeping whent beyond to satisfy our need and they ensure we were well taken care of. The restaurant food was good and the ambiance was very nice. The swimming pool was clean. Everything is perfect and i will recommend to all traveller to visit and enjoy fairmont

Excellent Hotel

This is an excellent hotel. Room was spacious, food was very good, elevators were plenty, and location was very convenient to the Dubai Metro as well as the main convention center in Dubai (World Trade Center). I was there a full week and found everything to be at or above expectations. If I had any negatives it would be the concierge who wasn't very helpful on tips for sightseeing on a budget. But that's the only minor negative, EVERYTHING else was very positive. highly recommended!
