We arrived very late at night. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was really nice. Beautiful views of the city and water from our room.

We stayed for 3 nights midweek, our room had great views out over the eastern dock lands of the city and was very comfortable, very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The hotel is approx 10 - 15 mins easy straightforward walk east away from Centraal Station next to the cruise passenger terminal so it’s busy when a ship docks and the passengers disembark, but outside of these times we found the area to be relatively quiet for a city hotel, something we preferred. Breakfast was lovely and operated the usual buffet style and plenty of options so you could take just what you wanted. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and polite. All in all a very comfortable stay in a lovely hotel.

We arrived early and had to store our luggage. Once we were able to check in, the representative Maritza was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. Even later on assisting us with tickets for a tour. We were very impressed with her, and we appreciated her willingness to help. We give her 5 stars!
