Great location with friendly staff. Only complaint I had about the hotel was the lack of knowledge of the staff with regards to accor plus benefits and platinum status benefits.

The Movenpick in The Hague is an excellent hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the best is extremely comfortable. Well equipped hotel gym and nicely located close to trams and stations and restaurants but just tucked away in a quiet corner. Really good restaurant and wine selection and chocolate hour is yummy The best thing with this hotel is the staff. They are professional, welcoming, engaging, knowledgeable and make the stay everything you want!!

Stayed for several days prior to taking a river cruise. Hotel is very nice with a location convenient to the ship docjs as well as to the central station. Nice room with a great view of the city and harbor.

I also noted your remarks with regards to the online check in option you paid for. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you encountered. This option has been available at the moment you made your reservation with us. Since this option is no longer available, our team was not (made?) aware. Your helpful feedback will be internally shared for training purposes accordingly. As a gesture of understanding, we will refund you the total amount of €50,- to the credit card we have on file for room 1528 and the late check in. We highly recommend the property. Far enough from the bustling city center but close enough to walk to everything. Train and tram station and stop is nearby, if needed to. Shout out to Maritza at Front Desk for going above and beyond. The staff at buffet breakfast were all efficient. We had a problem with temperature at the room. It was handled by front desk and technician promptly.
