Too many little problems occurred that amounted to a dissatisfied overall stay

No soap dispenser whatsoever in the shower making it dangerous to step out of the shower dripping wet to get a handful of liquid soap from the only dispenser that was by the sink. At dinner, my rösti arrived blackened/burned and i returned it to the kitchen - should have never been served. Two full busloads of guests arrived making it difficult to use the elevators - no staircase available. Never received the email for link to the Geneva Transport Card.

No room slippers and clock provided with n the. Room. When gone the counter requested for one pair of slipper to be sent to the room. It never came even on the date I checked out. The room safe was faulty because it cannot be programmed.
