If you try to find 4-stars Novotel at this address, you will have only renovated Ibis with big logo “Novotel” on the building. A special thank to staff, who make this disappointed affect strong. I think it’s a good experience, if you like to be sure in changing the hotel chain.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful, but the hotel itself a little disappointing. Having regarded Novotel brand as above Ibis and Mercure, the room was smaller than expected. The advertised Nespresso machine had been replaced by a kettle and regular coffee was hard to come by. One reading light was inoperable and a phone charging point barely worked. Small things, but a touch annoying.

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. The area is a little bit shady but you can Uber or take the metro into the better areas. Laundry service was hugely overpriced.

Rooms are good and clean, Staff and Service is good too, Need to take action on complaints like Water purifier was not working and not repaired on time Also A/C and bathroom Heater was having some problems so need to check before allocating guest
