It was my first time staying at the Novotel Mumbai Airport and I was very pleased with the overall experience I had during my stay. From the onset till check-out, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to ensure that all guests are well taken care off. The rooms are well-maintained, well-equipped and comfortable which was very pleasing as well.

After a lack lustre checking, things improved. The male who checked us in wasn't a great introduction to the hotel, particularly after a very efficient and friendly driver. I have never before been sent off to sit and wait for the key card. And when we did get it, and we asked if the bar restaurant on that level was the only one, he told us it was! After that , the rest was uphill. Good executive room- only improvement would be usb ports. The 2 hour little eats and drinks had a delightful little section of eats with hot food to order. Staff were friendly and proactive. Check out was back to what I would expect - a female this time. After the checkin I decided that this would be the only time we stayed. Now I would consider it again.

Nice clean room although no hot water from sink (didn't report as only there one night). Had mobile door key but it kept failing so couldn't use. Although I arranged pick up from airport, room was not ready when I arrived. My colleague arrived nearly midnight, also with airport pick up, and had to wait a long time for room to be prepared. If you know there is a guest coming, why wouldn't you have the room prepared ready? In the evening there was clearly a party with loud music until nearly 11:30 pm. Not what I would expect from a hotel where guests presumably want to sleep. For the bill, I ended up with three credit card payments - the room deposit, evening meal, and taxi/rest. Why can't you just take a single payment at end? With a bill that makes sense, rather than far too many entries that it is hard to understand?
