We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Our room had all the basics and the bedding was comfortable. We had a nice viewing from our high floor. We liked the breakfast which offered sufficient variety. The hotel is located walking distance from Costanera and many restaurants.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. There is absolutely nothing positive about anything during our stay. Service level is poor, rooms are run down, location is also disappointing as it’s away from the city centre etc and we even had a broken piece of glass in our pisco sour cocktail at there bar which I nearly swallowed. We reported this and was just given another drink.

Nice business hotel. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Gym is small, so is the pool, but otherwise good. Great views from floors 13 and up. Good for business and leisure. Cost to restaurants and in a nice safe area. Well worth a visit againin the future. Welcoming staff.

Great, but time to modernize the TV Sets

My second stay and hotel continues to be a real gem both in terms of localization and comfort. Only drawback is that TV sets are starting to show their age (still analogic) and should be replaced, as the current ones doesn't allow screen mirroring or access to apps such Netflix and YouTube....
