The biggest plus of the hotel is it’s location. It is located right across a big mall MUT with lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms with two double beds had one single very small plastic table that is more like a toy plastic tube; very inefficient and too small to place anything useful. Also the rooms, if you come for a long stay they do not have enough storage. The showers need a shower mat to avoid falling.; since the shower floor is slippery. The breakfast staff are very nice. The pool water in the 18th floor has nice views but the water is very cold and not heated. They also need to replace the towels they tend to be quite worn and rough texture. It is nice that they provide you with a regulable glass bottle with a dispenser in each floor.

Nice Hotel, good environmental ethos but was unhappy that they charged atn extra £10 for a box breakfast if you have any early checkout ( ie before breakfast starts) despite the fact you have already paid for breakfast in the room rate.. not nice. .get this sorted its only a box and very mega portion.

Reserve 2 habitaciones idénticas y me dieron una “de mayor valor” pero no se acomodaba a nuestras necesidades. Las reservas fueron hechas con cama king size por la simple razón de que fuimos todas amigas. Tampoco nos avisaron en el momento del check in que se haría tal cambio. Nos dimos cuenta la última noche. Luego nos quisieron mezclar el cuento. No vuelvo y mis amigas tampoco
