Luxury hotel in a lovely neighbourhood in Santiago. Staff were so helpful, friendly & accomodating. Very close to the biggest shopping centre in Santiago- Consternera, and bakeries, restaurants Food in the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced & tasty while the breakfast selection that changes daily is delicious. Coffee at breakfast was excellent & at reception there is a water cooler where you can fill your water bottles all the time.

Wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent and is an easy walk to the Costanera building/shopping centre. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was high quality. I stayed here about one year ago and I think it has improved over that time. I will definitely be back!

Really nice hotel in a modern part of Santiago. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is brand new. There is a new super cool mall right across from the hotel. Nice bar and restaurant options nearby. Highly recommend for families, friends and any other traveler types.

Hotel Pullman is a clean and modern hotel. Staff was very helpful. Extremely comfortable rooms for a good night's sleep before hectic day of sightseeing. Buffet breakfast to start your day. Easy access to the metro, local shopping, and local dining. Half hour by car to the airport. Highly recommend staying here while in Santiago.

The hotel is very nice and rooms are good, clean and spacious enough . We had a long day today of walking through the city and were too tired to go and look for some place to eat. We weren’t sure if the hotel has a restaurant for a diner, bar was there, but we weren’t sure about food. So we asked, looked at menu and decided to stay. We didn’t regret, soups were excellent and main dishes delicious and beautiful. We would eat here tomorrow too, to try more dishes, but we are leaving in the morning.

We are very happy to know that you enjoyed your stay with us! We appreciate your kind words about our rooms and we are pleased that you enjoyed your dinner at our restaurant. We strive to provide a delicious dining experience and are delighted that you enjoyed our menu options. We're sorry you can't stay to try more dishes, but we hope you visit us again in the future.
