Why is this hotel ranked so highly? Something artificial with tripadvisor is happening here. Rooms are average and worn down. Organization of the hotel sucks. It's clean. But that's about all I can say that is positive. Pool is cold, service is bad.

Welcoming hostess and nice rooms

The very first person that struck me with her attention at the hotel was Montserrat (the hostess). She was really warm and welcoming and paid attention to every detail when we had breakfast in the morning. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were also very comfortable and we enjoyed the views from Santiago.

Very bad overall experience

My overall experience was very bad. This is actually the worst Novotel hotel I have ever stayed. The room service was terrible, I had problems with the line to call them for my order. Then, they got wrong the water I wanted and the food quality was very poor. Then, breakfast. A nightmare! They did not have enough staff, the tables were left with the stuff from other guests without someone taking proper care and clean the tables so other guests can use them. No cups for coffee and paper cups for orange juice? I am sorry but this is not a Safari in the jungle. Then, at check out, they did not have envelopes for my bill. The room had some strange noises and the bathroom was very old.

Very nice personel. Ideal for bussiness trip, hotel us close to the main attractions in the city.

Wery nice personel. Clening lady and Ivan at the restaurant vas very thoughtfull and nice. Receptionist help us to organise a trip for bussiness partners in the last minute. Rooms are average. We made a reservation because of a bussiness trip.

Excellent hotel, well located in a beautiful neighborhood, safe to walk and close to a large shopping center, with shops, restaurants and snack bars, in addition to open parks. Friendly, polite and decisive employees. It is worth mentioning Mr. Jesús- reception: punctually willing to help in time of aid. Large rooms, with comfortable beds, soft sheets and pillows, bathrooms with refreshing and relaxing shower. Everything extremely clean. Exceptional breakfast, with daily varieties of fresh and tasty food. I highly recommend
