Staff lovely - Angelica from cleaning staff is a delight room is always spotless. Food is okay. Great location and nice atmosphere all around the hotel. Really nice common areas to chill.

The hotel is very well located within Las Condes área. Closed to many amenities, excellent restaurants and shopping mall. The staff were excellent!! Very polite, well educated and good manners. At the hotel Restaurant, Montserrat welcome everyone with. Great smile and good morning. Making sure my wife and me were okay at the tables, food and coffee. The room service was perfect, very clean room, coffee, water, etc all very good. Veronica was always ready to support wherever my wife and me asked for water, or cleaning the room. The stay was excellent! Thanks Novotel Las Condes and your staff (Monserrat and Veronica) for your attentions. Thanks! Hilde & Mayte

The service was specially great! Antonia and Liliana really made me feel home. The food was also good! The desserts are not the best but everything else was really good Thank you!
