Accommodations, food service and selection are always very good at Novotel Las Condes. People are very friendly and are constantly looking to make your stay very pleasant. I visit Chile twice a year and always stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Although we experienced a slight inconvenience with one of our meals at the restaurant, the waiters and manager were quick to help us without hesitation, and resolved the problem immediately, without any additional charge. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again in the future

It’s very good, the food it’s amazing and everything it’s fresh, I loved the bread machine (that makes the bread hot), the fruits are so good, and the juice it’s the best! The breads are fresh and hot. It’s the best hotel that I’ve ever be Muchas gracias

Ugly service at breakfast

I was there for 4 days. Every morning I had to ask for silverware and bowl. There were no table available 3 out of 4 breakfast due to lack of cleaning, most tables with no guests but full of used stuff
