The plan was 30 hours in the city with a teen & a tween! We needed to be close to a number of key locations including shopping & ice skating. The room was good although we did not need to cook etc so did not use all g to be amenities. I did enjoy a beverage in the restaurant without the young ones. Whilst I appreciated the large fonts on the shampoo, conditioner etc I could however needed help with the shower taps as I couldn’t differentiate between hot & cold. Not fun.

Perfect for a Quick City Break

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with restaurants, supermarkets and trams so close and Southern Cross Station a short tram ride away. The apartment was so clean and perfect for our needs, with 2 bathrooms and a well equiped kitchen if you wished to cook. Air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable and the hand/body wash & lotion were gorgeous! - and we were very comfortable there. The staff were amazing and made contact the day before to check our arrival time and bed configuration for the 2nd bedroom. This was greatly appreciated and our apartment was ready when we arrived an hour or so early. We had breakfast included, and although not as big a selection as some other hotels, it was of a high quality and we really enjoyed the granola, bacon and scrambled eggs, cereal, fruit, pastries etc. The weather was quite cool when we were there so we did not use the swimming pool, which as others have pointed out, is not very big, but would be very welcome for a quick dip on a hot day. The hotel has a lounge and library available for guests to relax in, or do work if needed. There are big lounge chairs in each, which are so comfortable and some tables if anyone wished for a quiet space. Many thanks to all the staff. We would happily stay here again.

Best hotel makes us like at home. The hotel had a balcony for view the city view. This hotel is bear south melbourne market too.

Great location with amazing cafes at your doorstop. I found the apartment a bit old and dated, and the mattress and the pillow could be a bit better ! No aircon in the main bedroom either. Overall a pleasant stay
