The elevator was covered in protective material as items moved in and out of rooms. I believe this is what you're referring to, and given that we let apartments, we also have long-term and permanent residents. I apologise for the TV, and I fully understand the frustration; we have two in each unit. I will review it immediately and issue it to the TV immediately.
