The hotel is well located one block back from the beach within easy walking distance. It’s in a quiet street. Access is by secure gate with on site parking. Rooms are beautifully appointed and serviced twice daily. The hotel is modern and features local artwork. We arrived late due to a flight delay but we were quickly checked in and made to feel comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and welcoming. O water on the last day was resolved in a few minutes after a quick phone call to reception. We loved the little sweet treats every evening at turndown. Overall an outstanding 5 star hotel and experience.

This was my second stay at your facility, and I had selected this hotel as my go-to when traveling on business to PE. I was quite disappointed when I requested a 30 minute extension to check out and it was refused by your manager, claiming that they had plumbers coming to do maintainence (not an emergency attendance). This was particularly frustrating as the reason I was delayed, was because I had needed to call my car rental agent to send mechanics to retrieve my hotel room key which had fallen mistakenly into the handbrake pouch of my vehicle - so I was solving a problem for your benefit to return your key. I do expect to be accommodated as a guest and the reason provided did not sound reasonable to me.
