The reception/restaurant staff and the accommodation were good. My only criticism is that when the staff started work around 6-6.15am, they were very loud and woke me up. Perhaps they were unaware that our room was occupied but it was a shame.

From seeking a treat location to stay in PE and selecting no 5 Boutique Hotel, well it did not match. The property is tired, old. The room very old, at the price no turn down either. Workman working when staff no we where in our room, had ordered room service, so clearly we where there. Coffee @R50per cup and its awful. No blinds in the gym, so an afternoon training walk on the treadmill, directly into the sun.

We were 2 couples travelling together and we were situated across the road from the main hotel with our own lounge and dining area. Due to the appalling weather our dinner was served there. Such wonderful service.
