Positive: - Kind and polite staff, helpful reception - Clean room and housekeeping - Fast and good restaurant / bar staff - A la carte food was prepared good Neutral - No vending machines in case you want snacks, sim cards etc. - A la carte pool / restaurant menu can be improved in selection. - Food price in relation to location in Africa too high Negative - Poor choice and availability of international TV / Media channels - The worst internet stability and connectivity I experienced in the last 10 years at a resort - Breakfast selection and display rather old fashioned and not inviting - BBQ buffet quality not good. Meat and fish always too dry. Need training how to do a real good BBQ and how to handle meat and fish on fire grill

I sent two emails before arriving confirming my arrival time and my Accor status, asking about the possibility of a room upgrade, but you didn't respond to either. When I got here, not only could I not find the reservation, but they wanted to charge me the full amount in dollars, even though 19,000 points had already been deducted from my account. After 15 minutes, they charged me the correct amount and didn't give me the upgrade because the hotel was full, ok, understand that! I paid for the All-Inclusive and they forgot to give me the bracelet, but later I had to ask and they gave it to me. The drinks offered in the All-Inclusive are of the worst quality, cheap vodka and rum, and only two brands of local beer. I went back to the room at night and I saw that they had put out some treats for me, and a letter thanking me for my preference and for having Accor status, in other words, they weren't prepared for the guest's arrival. To top it off, I went to ask for a few things at the bar before leaving and they told me that the All-Inclusive doesn't work on the last day of my stay, that I would have to pay for everything! In short, a terrible experience, an expensive hotel. There are some all-inclusive hotels in the same area that charge 70% the price of Nungwi Dreams, but I prefered to stay in a Accor hotel and happens all of this. No more, best regards.
