Thank you for taking the time to share this – I'm sorry your stay didn't reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and I want to address this directly rather than gloss over it. The issues you experienced were caused by a break in the water supply line serving your room. The damaged section of pipe was not accessible from within the room or a standard service point, which meant our team had to chase into the wall to reach and replace it – this is why the initial "fix" didn't resolve things and the problem recurred. That doesn't excuse the disruption to your stay, but I want you to know it wasn't a case of us ignoring the issue; it was a repair that took longer than it should have to properly diagnose. While your room was out of use, we offered our communal bathroom facility – a fully-fitted shower and bathroom we maintain specifically for early arrival and late departure guests. It's a proper, well-appointed facility, not a makeshift arrangement, but I recognise that being moved out of your own room mid-stay, and the time that took to sort out, still fell short of what you booked and paid for. I'm sorry for the frustration and lost time that caused you on what should have been a relaxing holiday. I'd like the chance to make this right. Absolutely amazing staff, service and attentiveness were the only saving grace for your 3* star hotel that why I scored you a 5. All other categories you’d get 1 out of 10 Stayed in so many Accor hotels and yours was the most basic and overhyped of all. Never again! Food by chef Hussein…OMG it was poor. Full board just not worth it at all For transparency you should notify guests of the continual construction noise around your hotel

I booked a sea-view room through the ALL Accor App, where the photos showed a balcony overlooking the sea. The day before arrival, I emailed the hotel to advise that we would arrive after midnight and requested a room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, it appeared that my email had not been received, as we were allocated a ground-floor room. As we were very tired from travelling, we accepted it for the night. The room was also next to a heavy wooden entrance door that banged throughout the night and caused considerable noise. At breakfast the following morning, we met the Front Office Manager, who was personally checking that guests were happy with their stay. We were very impressed by this initiative and mentioned the issue with our room and unanswered email. He was extremely helpful and arranged for us to move to a larger first-floor room with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. We greatly appreciated his assistance, although it would have been preferable to receive the type of room we believed we had originally booked, as having to pack and move rooms was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the food and beverage experience was below expectations. Breakfast had a limited selection, particularly of fruit juices. Food from the poolside bar was also disappointing; the chicken skewers with ginger and coconut lacked flavour. The BBQ buffet dinner was particularly poor. The prawns did not appear fresh and had an unpleasant, mushy texture, so we chose not to eat them and raised our concerns with the staff. The highlight of our stay was the spa. We booked a two-hour couples massage, which was excellent.

The hotel looks very nice, has beach access and a pool. I stayed for 4 nights. In my room, there were problems with the water every single day. The water would occasionally not turn on at all, could not take a shower. Only steam would come out of the shower head, but not any water. Then one day there was brown water coming out of the sink. Then again no running water. Then the toilet would not flush, or would continuously run. I notified reception, they said they would fix it, however after being "fixed" the conditions were exactly the same. One day we were not allowed to go into our room for hours. I told the staff we had plans and I needed to shower. They told me I could use a communal bathroom... I did not pay to stay at this hotel to be kicked out of my room and use a communal bathroom. After a lot of talking with the staff, we were eventually led to another room where we could use the shower. Honestly, completely unacceptable. It was every single day there were issues. Even after notifying staff, there was absolutely no resolution. I would not stay here again nor recommend that anyone stays here. The staff do not take concerns seriously nor do they fix anything. I went to Zanzibar for holiday, to relax, yet had to deal with this frustrating situation and constantly advocate for myself because the staff did not take me or my concerns seriously. Beyond frustrating. Staff also were not friendly.

After arriving late the night before, I realized that my friends were far away from me. They said that they had the room beside my friends available and I could change rooms, The room took all day to be ready which was very inconvenient. Other than that little hiccup the stay was fine.

Hotel was well located, very comfortable and homie feeling, staff was very friendly and accommodating, having its own beach is a massive plus, and being close to the village is an advantage.

My stay was perfect. The room with the ocean view was better than expected. Several night spent out on the patio watching sunrises. Beautiful.

I had the beachfront room, small but cute. The property was peaceful and not too crowded. Staff had great customer service and was very attentive. The spa ladies did not disappoint with our deep tissue massage. If your looking for something small and accommodating this is your place.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Nungwi Dreams. The rooms were comfortable and the food was excellent. Our first night we were only able to order dinner from a menu, but after that, dinner was buffet. In the US, a buffet means low quality food. But NOT at this hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinners were absolutely excellent. The food was fresh, varied, and accommodated meat eaters and vegetarians alike. We much preferred the buffet to the dinner service. Additionally there was some kind of entertainment every evening. I was skeptical of this at first, but the acts were very good. The acrobats were incredible! Another very nice touch is the WhatsApp ordering. I absolutely loved that! I ordered drinks to the pool, laundry service and a massage via WhatsApp. Reception responded right away. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We thought the service was a 10 out of 10. Our only problem was that the stay was too short!

The place is as it looks online, serene, cool and vibrant. Would recommend anyone to try out. The beach is kinda private which makes the experience sweeterr, the ocean is swimmable for the most part of the day

Once arrived , toilet door has some issue, they change the room immediately with free upgrade All staffs are friendly We really liked dining menu and its activities

The view was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The only area that could use improvement is the Wi-Fi, as it was not very reliable.

It was a surreal experience.The views the rooms were all so magical. The customer service was top notch and it was very clean. The only missing thing is vehicles parking.
