It was enjoyable and relaxing Tatum&Neema was nice also chef Ronald,asha housekeeping was nice and kisa and all the staff are very nice

We had an amazing stay, the hotel is great. Above all we want to thank the staff for the outstanding service and being extraordinary nice and welcoming. We felt really taken care of! From room cleaning to service/reception and further to the kitchen everyone was kind, very quick in response and went out of their way to help. That made all the difference to us and is what makes your hotel not only nice but special. The food was well above anything we expected, from quality and diversity. Hats of to the chef -and the whole kitchen! The rooms are very nice; open and modern. Overall you’ve created an amazing place. Please keep investing in your staff, they are worth every penny! Of course we‘ve already written a public recommendation on booking.com, so this is one is just for you as a hotel. Thank you for having us!

The room was okay the hotel well located next to the sea. Garden very beautiful with variety of flowers. As for the staff, hands on and passionate

Great location. We arrived late; it was a buffet dinner with cold food and bad food, the worst buffet I have ever seen, and no offer for anything else. Rooms: poor; strong smell of fresh paint in the hallways. I would suggest that, depending on the size of the room, you take whole onions and cut them in half, leaving them as you paint, which helps eliminate the smell of paint. The AC did not work; the overhead fan was louder than a 747 taking off from the bed; no Management presence. The only positive, staff are all very nice

Our stay at Nungwi Dreams was okay, we were a group of 4 to celebrate my sister's birthday. First of all the hotel did not do anything for my sister on her birthday, maybe we're just use to 5 star hotels that actually operate at that level and do something for their guests if they are celebrating a birthday at their establishment. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and had to pay for early check-in, after paying we were escorted to our temporary rooms till we actually check in later that day but to our surprise, the staff escorted my sister and her friend to a room that was under construction and the room my parter and i were taken to actually had a guest inside and the staff member opened the door while the guest was sleeping which is freighting, to have your room door opened while sleeping after locking it and thinking you're safe in the room. The breakfast options were lacking, the fruit provided looked and tasted like it was frozen from a day or two ago, only specific fruit was fresh and the fruit table was left unattended with no fans or devices to keep flies off the fruit or yoghurt, the were multiple times we had to chase flies away from the fruit when we tried dishing, imagine when no one is there to swat the flies away? The flies are definitely laying eggs on food that is supposed to be served to paying guests who expect fresh food all the time while staying a hotel. We complained about the fries as well, the fries were visibly the color of frying them in overly-used oil and clearly let to sit in oil for long. Sushi is advertised on your pages and photos online but there was no sushi on your menu's? The room we got after eventually checking in was leaking from the ceiling when it was raining, nothing was done or said about that. I had to ask the cleaning lady to mop the water in our room from the leak that woke us up from the sound of the water dropping on the floor. The wifi was non-existent in our rooms, you had to stand or sit in a certain position to get coverage which really sucks cause why do you have TV's in the room when you can't even connect to the wifi? Direct access to beach? I think it needs to mentioned that the beach front isn't swimming friendly as there's so many sea urchin's and it's just not a swimming friendly beach front which needs to be mentioned because we highly disappointed to find this out on arrival. I will say Goodluck and Killian were outstanding at their jobs and made us feel welcomed and catered to any of our needs.
