We had a wonderful experience! The view is lovely, atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. The room is spacious and clean. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate and make your experience so special. The food variety is fresh and delicious! The cook at the BBQ fun and excellent service! I’d like to say special thanks to Raphael one of the bartenders for being so friendly and fun to visit with - such a sweet young man!

The accommodation in the Ocean front room was great, but the street side rooms were very basic and old. Additionally the deafening noise from the constant construction works across the road made it very unpleasant in the front room

The construction just next door is very loud and will apparently continue for a long time, including on weekends. Difficult to abstract from the noise.

This was my second time at this property. Staff are the greatest. The manager Khatib makes time to personally connect and provide outstanding customer service. We had some maintenance issues but he immediately responded plus upgraded us to another room. Staff continued to resonate the same level of care and quality of service- Seewa (sorry if misspelled) and , Latifah, consistently provided caring and professional services. The resort is very clean, maintained well, food is exceptional, entertainment is great quality. We were able to totally relax and feel peace. The ocean access, pools, rooftop bar and other areas are exceptional. We will return soon!! Grateful for the hospitality of the staff.
