Poorly managed. Looks good outside but with poorly kept. Receptionists have good customer service though

Not a good experience. The rooms were cleaned. Room of our kids (901) barely had enough water pressure for the kids to shower. They came to shower in our room (902). The main pool was under renovation during our stay, constant grinding and workers everywhere. It was terrible. Also major painting around the bar area while we are trying to eat. Why offer breakfast and dinner in the closed up space on top of the reception area when there is a beautiful space downstairs by the pool and lunch restaurant. Waited almost 1 hour to eat dinner after ordering. Unacceptable with only 2 or 3 tables occupied. Why put people upstairs in a closed up space, behind windows and AC? Doesn't make sense at all and is very disappointing. The staff was nice and helpful.

The pool closure was the result of a structural crack requiring immediate repair. The simultaneous draining and refilling process temporarily reduced water pressure across the property, which directly affected rooms — we are sorry this impacted your children's comfort. This was not planned maintenance, and we recognize the noise, activity, and knock-on effects fell well below the standard we hold ourselves to. Regarding meals, our decision to seat guests in the upper dining space was driven by unpredictable weather patterns which made the poolside venue unsuitable. We accept that the explanation and the experience fell short — an hour's wait at a near-empty service is not acceptable, and we will address this directly with the team. We are glad our staff made a positive impression, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome your family back under far better circumstances.
