A lot of small issues made the stay very uncomfortable. FIrst issues the slide door could not be fully shut secured leaving space for a bunch of insects was coming in. 2nd issue the internet was horrible after struggling with it we had to ask for the hotel staff internet. 3rd when paying for your hotel dinner if you was paying by card you had to walk to the receptionist desk and wait in line to pay plus on top of that if you had big bills to pay they couldn't exchange again a lot of small things made the experience difficult

It was okay but on the average, the AC didn't cool as expected, that was the only downside, aside that, it was a very quiet and beautiful place

The construction next door really was a big issue for us especially since we came for a Conference. The food was mostly bland (breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner) that we opted to have meals outside the last 2nights. Unfortunately, I changed rooms 3 times during a 4night stay. I actually opted to stay in the last room even though the bathroom floor would flood every time I showered. This was the same issue in previous room as well (2nd night). 1st night room was okay; issue was proximity to the noise from the Construction site.

No complaints about the service, very friendly staff or the good food but -- being adjacent to a building site with Caterpillar jack hammers going for 8 hours daily was not a good experience, even though you moved us to a room further away from the noise. Not your fault but the noise was not conducive to a peaceful stay.
