I had a good stay , the staffs were honest and professional but the front desk staffs should be more welcoming and and a lil more prompt in the check in process But I had a wonderful stay and time 🥰

The service and attention to detail at nungwi dreams is what sets it apart from other hotels. Every single member of staff, from the chef, to the management, to waiters and receptionists. The service, and hospitality was exceptional. The hotel is Beautiful and the right balance of fun and relaxing. The view in the ocean room was stunning g. Very comforting and lovely stay. It’s the type of place you want to come back to again and again! Thanks you Nungwi dreams for a wonderful stay.

I want to start with: We are easy going well traveled and do not usually complain. Nice pool. Starting off we paid for beach front and got pool front. No remedy. No hot water in room. We went to the front desk and they did nothing. Asked for coffee in room twice . I never happened. The food was 3 star at best. Then had a burger the second day, ate half realized it was not fully cooked and paid the pice with mild food poisoning. I say mild because I took travelers diarrhea treatment prior to our trip. Hair dryer in room did not work and was not fixed or replaced. Toilet did not flush properly. Finally screaming children at the pool. This is not a relaxing spa hotel. This is far from luxury.

My partner and I recently stayed at Nungwi Dreams and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. We booked a sea view room and it was absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff deserves a special mention—they did an outstanding job maintaining the room, cleaning it from top to bottom with such attention to detail. Room service was fast, efficient, and always delivered with care. The resort facilities were fantastic, offering everything I could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, this resort is a gem. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking surroundings made for a perfect getaway. I will definitely be coming back!
