I booked in the late afternoon. I think through the accor site. I dont recall. Anyway someone called just to let me know about restaurant closing etc which was nice. Excellent room. Lovely amount of space. Comfy lounge bed good. Its all lovely and the staff helped me checkout an hour late as i had some work things to do and wasnt ready. So everything was pleasant indeed. I wonder why no glasses in the room but not the end of the world.
