Overall stay was positive, unfortunately a technical issue prevented being able to cast anything to watch to the TV. This was the only negative.

We stayed at the Mantra several years ago. On our recent return visit it was even better. The hotel has been substantially renovated. The staff ae very friendly. The restaurant theme has changed to Greek - and we had a delicious meal for a good price.

Great position, very comfortable, stayed in one of the rooms with wheel chair access, only issue was that the curtain to the shower was not long enough and water went all over the bathroom floor , which was hard to exit without getting mobility devise wet. Needs longer shower curtains

Hey guys, great stay and terrific staff! The parking was welcomed and the accessible bathroom was awesome! Here’s some feedback from a disabled persons view; the bench height with the kettle on it is too high to reach comfortably and the bench above the fridge could not be reached at all as well as the cupboards above the fridge - no chance! Everything else was great including the extra points for not servicing the room each day of our stay. Thank you for an enjoyable break away from home. Kind regards

Excellent room and staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing but the coffee was excellent. Dinner at ARGOS was not very good. We had eaten there at a previous stay in June and it was excellent. Wondering if the chef has changed.

staff were very nice as usual ,my room was quite noisy , not sure if it was the lifts or something else ,,, last time my partner and i had a lovely dinner , however this time i was a bit disappointed , the white bait would be better in a fritter and the pork was overcooked

Recently stayed in Mantra Albury one of the dog friendly rooms. The floor in the room was very dirty. The recycle bin was full of dog poop smells.

The room was lovely . Disappointed parking was so expensive. Disappointed when they knew I had luggage to get out my car no help offered. Went for coffee in the morning no almond milk. On the up side great view. Restaurant very nice
