First room didn’t connect with the tv Second room stank and third room I got bitten by a spider The gym needs maintainance and the sauna needs a notification saying it takes 30 minutes to heat up People were lovely but there’s clearly maintenance issues

The staff and hotel are great, however, 4 or more motorcycles were going up and down the carpark outside room window and I had to ring reception to complain. They ended up stopping but it went on for more than hour

We were happy with everything except the tv in our room didn’t work. Reception had IT contact us but they couldn’t get it to work. That was really disappointing

Room was fabulous, bed was excellent, great pillow selection and staff were great . Gym is a massive plus for me and an infra sauna to boot !

Booked an Executive Studio which stipulated 1 x king size bed and 2 x single beds. Upon check in we received one king and one sofa bed. This was not what we booked. We were told there were no rooms with this configuration available. A sofa bed meant there was nowhere in the room to even sit and put shoes on. I spoke with reception and they explained there was another 2 bedroom suite available but we would have to pay extra. This was not acceptable as what we had booked was not what we received, and we should not have had to pay extra for what was available. After further conversation with reception staff, they attempted to contact management and were unsuccessful. She then made the executive decision to allow us the room. We had several options to stay at in Albury, but knew Mantra had a good name, but we were incredibly disappointed with the services provided. After a long drive we should not have had to push so hard to receive what we paid for - 3 seperate beds. A room configuration should not be advertised if it is not available.
