We were at Mantra Albury for 5 nights and loved there was a little sink and some cutlery and crockery. The spacious room was kept meticulously clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only minor negative and recommendation would be not to use the car park if you don’t like hill starts . The sensor for the roller door is at the top of a steep ramp

I arrived from Sydney on the train, arriving at 4.08am, and the location at that time of the morning was perfect. I needed a room briefly for a short nap, shave, shower and somewhere for breakfast before meeting a friend. I was met on arrival by a very welcoming staff member in Reception and was very well looked after. My check-out time was extended by an hour which was much appreciated, given my travel arrangements.

Although the motel is great and the rooms are good, I notice you still have the same crap and useless fridges. Get rid of them and get white fridges. The temperature in the fridge would not meet the health standards requirements. Nothing is real cold, just cools it down.

Some of the reception staff were a bit rude. Didn't look up when we came out of the lift to walk to dinner. Thought that was a bit odd. The room smelt like it had a septic issue. Also, the aircon is horribly noisy. Had to turn it off overnight and put up with the heat. Could do with some general maintenance. Otherwise, a fine stay.

Staff were great, parking was good (I have a large 4WD and had no issue in car park), really enjoyed dinner at the onsite restaurant. Rooms clean and a good size (we stayed in a family room). The unfortunate downside was the noise, we stayed a Friday night and couldn’t sleep for some hours due to the excessive noise from vehicles doing burnouts etc in the street. Our room view was a bit disappointing, in no way the fault of the hotel, but it was looking at a multi storey carpark with multiple dumped shopping trolleys on the ground around the complex.

Comfortable, clean, good location. Nice service. TV didn’t load. Went to reception Florence said she’d call someone & they would be put through to the room ph. This happened but. Couldn’t hear them as the ph receiver wire was held on with black tape. went back down explained to Florence & asked her to put them through to my mobile which she did. TV worked but when turned off & turned back on it took a long time to load. The issues with the TV paper has been in the room for at least a yr & still hasn’t been ‘fixed’. Obviously an ongoing issue.

Nice 2 night stay for granddaughters football carnival.Family room was very appropriate and comfortable and met our needs with children. Reception staff friendly and respectful. Checking in easy and buffet breakfast very good. Room was on 8th level and facing top level of Volt Lane car park and unfortunately there was a lot of noise and activity from motor bikes and cars using this as a drag area until after midnight on Saturday night which kept children and adults awake.
