Staff very friendly and efficient couldn't do enough to make sure you're stay was pleasant . I brought a group of 23 people here and everything went smooth . Sujoy and Shivi were fantastic nothing was too much trouble they even found parking for 2 coaches

Besides the great hospitality and service level, the stuff are extremely nice at all times, I had a little situation trying to find an amazon parcel that was handed in to reception, however it was not and I was meant to arrive the next day. One of staff, Shivi, was very helpful throughput the whole situation and in the end she got my parcel for me, so thank you.

Hotel well situated within 50 miles of our cruise ship in Southampton. Staff very friendly and attentive so service at dinner and breakfast very good. Somewhat underwhelmed by quite bland surroundings in both bar and restaurant. No real "cosy" ambience.

One member of staff only working and his English poor. No restaurant. Very soft bed which was most uncomfortable. Thank the lord we only had one night there.
