The Olsen was a great hotel for a weekend staycation. It’s in a great location, the staff are perfectly friendly and helpful, the 2 bedroom suite was vast in size while being very reasonably priced. The pool was a hit with the kids and the room service food was delicious. The only reason it isn’t 10/10 is that there are aspects of the hotel which are looking tired, inc the silicon in the pool, and chips in the furniture in the room. I think this is justified though by the reasonable price of the rooms.

The pillow s we’re so comfortable I ended up buying six Your customer service is amazing. My short stay was wonderful. It was peaceful, the room was extremely clean and comfortable and I felt safe. I definitely will be back the next time I’m in Melbourne.

Amazing stay. Brilliant breakfast. Great staff. Location is fantastic. Clean and welcoming This is the place to go and stay IN Melbourne. Chappel street is the Mecca of Melbourne for shopping and food. The restaurant at the Olsen serves the best Paella. A must try. The get A also cookgreat Florentine eggs.

Super atmosphere, decor and design, a homage to Olsen. All that you would expect from a luxury hotel experience. Quiet and secluded yet located in a vibrant and great part of town, with lots on offer. My go-to as a regular visitor to Melbourne.
