Great location, short walk to access the free tram zone or other public transport options. Lots of eating options nearby. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities listed- it was nice to stay in a room that was the exact ones in the advertised photos.

Great location and comfy beds.

Location was great, beds were very comfortable. Shower and tap pressure was horrendous, we actually ended up taking showers at the Melbourne Sports Centre instead!! . Its an old apartment that could have done with better cleaning service (there were cobwebs on the walls) and we had to use our allergy medication as it smelt a bit dusty in general. Kitchen tools limited to only one pan and one pot (with no lid) Photos did not look anything like the real thing. Unless we were given the worst room because we booked through our discounted accor membership. For the welcome drink, it should be noted that not all guests drink alcohol so it would have been nice to ask the guests in advance so that the drink is not wasted. Overall pretty average.

Good location & good sized room

The location was excellent as I was able to walk to most of the attractions I wanted to see. If I couldn't walk, all I had to do was go across the footbridge over the Yarra River, through the underpass of Flinders Street station and I was then in the free tram zone. The room was great due to it having a well equipped kitchen, so I was able to cook my breakfast each day. Having a couch to sit on to watch TV was also good. The only downside was the shower being over the bath, which was a bit tricky to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay. Room lovely. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Environmentally friendly hotel. Spa bath was wonderful. Location was convenient and close to many bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to the shopping district.

The hotel is in a good location. Had some minor things like, had requested for 2x king beds and when we arrived there was 1 king and 2 singles which they did fix. We also rang 2 times to request a anti slip mat for the bath/shower which never arrived.. and one of the elevators were broken so the one elevator left was EXTREMELY slow. Overall was satisfied.
