Double charged for accomodation and Mantra not reimbursing.

We prepaid for our accommodation, but they have charged us again despite showing proof of the initial payment and the secondary charge. They’re still refusing to process the refund, and, as they are no longer responding, we may have no choice but to file a dispute with our credit card company.

Great service. Room was comfortable and clean. Location perfect for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Booking was easy to do online. I would definitely recommend to people and stay again for our next trip to Melbourne!

All OK But No Resturant so Need to Go Out for dine in and alsoOne need to see the location Budget Overall Ok If Pricing of the room is Ok And Can have some savings etc If you can walk to the ram station near by or little more walk can reach to market and Flinders Main Station as well

I have stayed at the Mantra Jolimont several times this year. It has been good. The room I had this time was adequate but much smaller than I was used to on prior visits. The bed was comfortable and the television a good one. Thank you for welcome gifts too which were nice to receive a wine and some cookies and a card. Breakfast was good too.

Good Location. The staff were clear and supportive. Some challenges with the tight parking spots, as because of the way it is set up, there are some instances of double parking, but the staff were great in navigating this to get us out quickly when we were ready to leave.
