Aesthetically one of the nicest most comfortable places to stay overlooking the park. Just for late arrivals note no snacks or water in the room, no shops close by. Melbourne may need to catch up with the other States in fully returning to normal & prioritising needs of guests. Off a late flight, would have used drinks / snacks in the room if there were any. Early risers - breakfast not available until after 7. No alternate options.

We attended a concert at the Flemington racecourse. The tram stop, a 2-3 minute walk from the front door was very convenient for us to get there and back quickly. The hotel is in an interesting location being part of the Children's Hospital complex and the turn-off can be missed if you are not familiar (and even with instructions). The pre-arrival email was very handy in relation to parking and what to expect. Check-in was quick and once we returned in the evening we found it was quiet, even though it's on a busy main road. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy, we slept well. The bathroom had good amenities though I found it peculiar that the body wash/hand wash was beside the bathroom sink but there was not one in the shower, instead a body lotion was in there. We had a room on the Parkview side (not sure if this was upgraded or not) which was really nice to look at in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we have any further events out at Flemington we will be staying again!

Always an amazing and beautiful stay. Have stayed many times since our eldest child received a medical diagnosis at the start of 2020 resulting in multiple trips from Tasmania to Melbourne. Being able to utilise such a stunning hotel for these trips whether it be for my husband to stay at whilst our son and I stay on the ward at The Royal Children’s Hospital or for all of us to stay at when our son hasn’t required to be admitted to the ward. We’ve never been disappointed, service is always a 10 and the views are amazing. Looking forward to hopefully making a non medical trip to Melbourne in the future and booking accommodation here knowing we will enjoy our stay.

Stayed with a friend for Formula1 weekend. Whilst a bit out of town, Uber Taxi though very easy as next to Hospital. Rooms good size, well appointed, very comfortable. Fair value for its location. Ideal if need the hospital too, right next door. Good staff

Perfect location for any appointments at the RCH. A quiet hotel with a great restaurant onsite. There is a wonderful park to walk around and also a playground for kids. We will keep coming back. It makes our trips to the RCH so easy.
