Mark Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Disappointing - Very difficult to park, no driveway and very tight basement parking. No house restaurant, nor bar. No house breakfast and no room service.

I had booked into your hotel on Monday the 13/5/24 staying in room 605. After about an hour after checking in there was a knock on my door and a staff member immediately opened the door without waiting for me to go to check the door. I called out for them not to come in and they closed the door. I had to get up and wrap a towel around myself to go to the door to see what they wanted. The staff member then said he had a tv remote control for the room. I had no idea what was going on as I had not noticed the tv remote was missing in the first place. If I had called reception to say my tv remote was missing I could understand the situation. In saying that If this tv remote was so important why didn’t the hotel staff put it into the room prior to the check in time on the day?? I told the staff member to leave the tv remote on the ground outside the door I’m sure he could tell I was frustrated. After this incident my partner who was visibly upset and I decide to go have something to eat. During this time my partner told me of her concern about staying in a hotel where staff just walk into a room. So once we arrive back at the hotel we checked out immediately as we no longer wanted to stay at this hotel. So all up we were there for about two hours. I’m sure you can see why I was extremely dissatisfied. If hotel management would like anymore clarification on this incident Toronto offer an apology I’m sure they will be able to find my person number on the system.
