We absolutely loved our recent stay at Peppers Noosa Resort. We booked a three bedroom deluxe apartment and were blown away by the size and beautiful furnishings. It felt homely and luxurious. We travelled with our family of 5 (2A, 3C) plus my mother in law. This was the absolute perfect place to stay in terms of hotel amenities and location. We did not use our hire car once. The buggy system is great for when you don’t feel like the walk up/down the hill. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. We are very much looking forward to visiting again.

My first time visiting was amazing, will definitely be going back. However, there were a few details that make the experience just fall short of full marks. When I first arrived at Noosa, I loved being able to park the car near wheere my room will be located, such an amazing convenience and staff reception were incredible. Entering my room after check in at about 2:40pm, I noticed a chemical smell and the floors were still wet. Fully opening the balcony doors for about an hour got rid of both the smell and water on the floors. While not a major issue, still a slight inconvenience, something which should definitely not happen. Later in the evening, tyring to wind down, we were unable to connect to the TV for Netflix streaming. I believe our room was 7309, the internet on the TV was not working. Again not major, we just watched a show on our laptop instead, however a little annoying. Lastly, details such as the lamp were covered in mould and an incredible amount of dust - not the nicest thing to sleep next to! Also the tops of the bathroom walls left much to be desired. Obviously this is just cleanliness I noted and didn't affect the overall stay. Apart from all of that, I can't be more happy with Peppers, incredible location, beautiful scenery, amazing pool/breakfast/parking facilities. Cannot recommend this stay more.

The resort is in a fantastic location with great access to the park, trails, the beach, and Hastings street. We love it at Peppers. The resort has great pools. The shuttle service to Hastings street is really convenient and very helpful for anyone with mobility issues.
