This is our fourth stay at this property and to say that we were disappointed would be an understatement. The property lived up to our expectations as usual, but the staff and customer service has dropped off significantly over the past twelve months.

Staff across the resort were super friendly and effective. The buggy service was excellent and essential. The driver crew entertaining and friendly, even when it rains. Conference venue and breakfast well suited. The location is briliant for Noosa. The daytime access road is a little confusing and irritating, but acceptable.

Room was cleaned though whatever was used on floors was greasy and did not dry. Lounge was stained. On checking out reception was unattended, yes unattended. I had to leave a note behind reception to check out and leave keys. The Buggy Drivers were exceptional, friendly and professional.

I’ll start with the room wasn’t clean when we first got in it leftover stuff from the last person and the tv would not connect to the internet so couldn’t connect our phones as it say you could and the bed was very hard and not a king… they were to single put together . But location was nice just didn’t think it’s worth the price
