Finding hair and water buildup from previous guests is unacceptable. Having to follow up three times, only for the room to receive one service during a five-night stay, shows a serious breakdown in our housekeeping and communication processes. The wine and room credit did not address the underlying problem, and I understand why you eventually stopped asking for assistance. We also failed to recognise your Gold status or offer your welcome drink and amenity. These benefits should have been addressed during your arrival. While it was good to hear that our reception, buggy and bar teams were friendly, this does not make up for the poor cleanliness and missed service throughout your stay.
