Wasn't the best experience compared to last time i stayed. On Arrival we had weather events that delayed us getting to Noosa; when we checked in and arrived our fob would not work so i trecked back to Reception, then i went back to the room after the Customer Service Attendant mentioned it should work, again it did not, i then had to wait for someone to come to the room to let me in. He took the Keys and told us we would have to come back in the morning. The young girl only programmed the keys in front of us and it worked the following morning. So i guess it begs me to ask the question - were they even programmed correctly the first 2 times? rather then blaming the weather? Then i called through 2 days later to reception as the washing machine was filthy and i wanted to use it - i followed up the call another time and it wasnt ever actioned. So i gave up. I thought being a silver member for accor i would have had my room serviced, however i didnt - and i dont remember ever reading it being weekly - i would not have done that- it was actually frankly, very discusting. I was looking forward to this holiday - but the resort from the last time i stayed here is now very run down, the follow up was non existent and i was a little disappointed to say that least.

Mostly enjoyable experience great food in the restaurant but Noise from maintenance and close of lagoon pool on Thursday was a bit annoying

Friendly staff, welll kept facility, great location. I did not realize we ordeded the eco room. The eco room which means we get no room cleaning services. Every time I asked for clean towels I had to explain Im not asking for a room clean just fresh towels and supplies for the room. I recommend removing this options from the payment plan. It made is feel like a second tier guest.

Hi Laura, Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location, the facilities and the team, but I hear you on the eco room. The way this option is displayed online can be confusing, and the last thing we want is for you to feel like a second-tier guest. You should never have had to re-explain that you were only asking for fresh towels — that’s on us. I’ve passed this on to the front office and housekeeping teams so we handle these requests properly and without the back-and-forth. I’m also raising the eco room setup with our digital team. It needs clearer wording and a better explanation during booking so experiences like yours don’t happen again. Thanks again for calling it out. it was a pleasant stay.

Hi Brad, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m glad you had a pleasant stay overall. The note about the lap pool is fair, the leaves build up quickly at this time of year, but that’s on us to stay ahead of. I’ve already passed that on to the team so it’s cleared more often through the day. The cleaning work outside your villa shouldn’t have left dirty puddles on your patio. That’s not the standard we want you walking into, and I’ll tighten up the process with the contractor so areas are rinsed and finished properly. Appreciate the balanced scoring and the comments.
